  1. hehe... will consider them, but I think I've got another set of wheels lined up now. Hopefully someone buys my GT-C's soon!
  2. Just curious, do you have a dyno sheet to prove the power output you're claiming? If I were buying a car based on this, I would ask to see it. Also, have you changed your injectors? fuel pump? Who tuned the car? be prepared to answer those questions from prospective buyers. FYI, my car runs over 300rwkw all day every day. The engine is built for it, so yes you could say it takes a thrashing on the track.. but that's the idea
  3. If it's not lowered much, it wont be a problem, but if you have soft suspension or the car will be lowered more then yes, slight rolling of the inner lip of the wheels at the rear more than the front, but best to do both. If you're in Melbourne I know someone who does it for around $150 all 4 corners.
  4. Well done on your time Troy. From what I saw your car gets a little unsettled under brakes but you seemed to have it under control I'm happy to finish a round and be able to drive my car home instead of the workshop A huge thanks to Ray & the guys at RE Customs for getting the issues with my car sorted and tuned, it was great to drive today. I just need to get my suspension sorted... and also need to improve my cornering. I was driving with no ABS today so it was interesting, locked up a few times including a massive 20 meter slide into turn 1! Hope you enjoyed the show Ferni! I'm heading down to watch the big boys come out to run on Sunday for the Maserati club sprint. See you guys at the next round, and some of you at DECA.
  5. bump! still for sale... someone buy please =]
  6. I think you're being a little optimistic there champ. Lightly modded R34 gtt's can be imported for the $26k - $30k mark. All your mods, anything you've done to the car above stock, you wont get back your money for them. People are always going to compare it to the base price of what a stock model sells for, that's just how it is - your car is worth whatever people will pay for it. By all means you can ask for whatever price you think is reasonable, but you need to realise people don't see the same value as you - they just see the extra mods as a bonus - so you'll need to accept the loss if you're planning to sell the car with mods. All cars depreciate, it's a fact - R34 GTR's can be landed and complied now for mid-$50k. Good luck with the sale. It's a bit cheeky to say you cant find a 34 like yours anywhere. There's a few R34's around with alot more mods than yours, they're just not for sale.
  7. sandown rd, off springvale rd, just before the train tracks.
  8. Still for sale. Let me know if you want to check them out. It's not that they didn't fit, Al's just being weak. They stuck out 5mm on his r33... big deal Fill the R34 guards nicely.
  9. what stuff?
  10. Nope never had it out at Sandown. I don't think it's a problem for scrutineering, why would it be?
  11. umm no. I've only taken my passenger seat out once, at Winton last year.
  12. hehe... had all sorts of issues Read about it on ns.com. Car was over boosting in a big way, how does 1.9bar sound? vacuum hose off the solenoid came off, also had part of my AVCR wiring loom melt due to being too close to the exhaust housing.. ABS issues.. the ECU started playing up as well. At least it didn't happen in a wrx points round. It's a shame because the car felt tuff in the morning practice session.. oh well next time.
  13. sorry, try a metal fabrication shop. Brakes only left for sale.
  14. What's the hold up now Dane?
  15. Yes, was good to see some familiar faces and have a chat with Gary & Alicia Matthews who were there too. The weather was perfect, just annoying I had issues with my car.

  18. That's some impressive lapping there John!! first time there and fastest on the day... there's plenty of grunt in the old zed I'd be in for PI in November or start of July.. I'm thinking weather wise Nov would be safer.
