whats the difference between a to4e and a to4s?

i have a 450hp hiflow and a hks evc 4 boost controller but its not tuned and im running stock boost, once the turbo wind sound start goin after about 2 seconds there is another noise coming in kind of lick when you pinch a balloon and let the air out that reall high pitched noise but its not really that quite high pitched but a bit more dense, now ive only had my car about a month and i dont know anything about it, i dono if its just normal the turbo holding presure or what i mean it could be normal anyone help plz

i just bought a set of super low king springs, im planning to install them myself but just wondering if anyone here has done it and give me a how to.. cheers

i have a 95 33 t3/t4 hi flow turbo intercooled and i wana up my fuel system ..pump.. injectors, but im wondering how much gain will it give me anyone give me their advice and what will it do per4manz wise,, also woull a heavy duty clutch give more bite then my stock one, asin more pick up through gears even though their not slipping??

i have a 95 skyline and say in sitting in my car theres a switch above my left knee, wtf is it and whats it do??

i have a r33 with some work hi flow turbo, intercooled ect, and when im going it spins into second awsome, when stopped spinning in 1st when changed to 2nd the wheel spin stop and the clutch just slips, even after a drive once out the car the clutch smell is still there even though it has not seemed to be slipping, is it just because the clutch can't keep up with the mods and its time for a racing clutch since its a standard clutch?? shmiddy

i am thinking about instaling an engine managment system in my car but dont realy know to much about them can anyone recomend a brand and what theirs has done for their car and the pro's and con's if any

these companies are charging like 400 to paint and install per bumper, im thinkin of doin it myself so are they hard to install??
