Pete I would say radiator out, fan and clutch off, belts off, covers off, get it on top dead center, crack all the cam gear bolts before you losen the tensioner on the belt, mark edge of belt and gears with white out or paint pen, losten tensioner, slip belt off, carefully remove gears without turning cams, transfer marks from old gears to new ones, put back togeather the belt, turn the engine over by the crank bolt about 6-8 revolutions and then line the timing marks up again off the pulleys and block( the belt will be in a different spot) If they all line up back togeather undo the tensioner and then retighten so it is seated right
Once tight, tighten cam pulley bolts and put it back togeather
While your in there I would recommend getting a timing belt kit, do the pulley's and seals same time
And also while you you are that far in you should probably do water pump
Pm me if you want and I can give you a full rundown but more descriptive
