Question does this does require the ign 12v not constant yeah? And has anyone used a ds2 carbon fibre smaller style one ? Does it have the recall function

Hey guys I have a ds2 shiftlight. Has 3 wires I need to wire into the ecu Aparently. First I've heard of it. Trying to see if any of you guys have installed one. It's going in my r32. Rb20. Stock ecu I guess I need to find -12v ignition positive ecu terminal wire -Negative ecu terminal wire -Ecu tacho signal wire or the ecu igniter trigger wire Even if someone could get me the PIN numbers and possibly the Colour of the wire it would be much appreciated

Gts4door is on the ball with the possible r&r theory as I took it for a drive today when she's on around 6 psi. Or what my boost guage believes is 6 psi. The car went really good good consistant power thru the rev range. No lag no flat spots/surging Went like it should have. But I haven't touched the boost tee yet. It will only hit 9psi or so when I plant my foot to the floor. This run I just have it about 3/4 throttle And as for lifter. Ill probably rule that out as it didn't sound like lifter. And only does it on boost if your off boost driving the car it doesn't make one noise It's a very quiet motor Also guess while I'm on this topic I have my 32 a run tonight and now I've upped the boost it seems to make some weird whine up around 13 pound. I drive it on 10 daily. Only usually does it past 10 pound. It's like a really high pitch noise. It's intermittant at first I thought it was air getting in my windows. But this time they were down

Also on reference to the car sounding like shit. Try imagine a swift gti or something little at very high rpm where power drops off Like that or maybe it doesn't sound like me 32 screaming off its head with the sweet sound of rb I don't hear any pinging. And I think I've heard detonation before so I'm pretty sure it's not that either. It sound very very similar to a exhaust gasket leak but it goes away when it's warm/hot basically I will get some time this week to have a good look into it check studs etc

I'm going to wind the boost down or like you said bypass the whole tee What is the standard boost suppose to be?
