Yeh sorry same car last engine bay shot was before the 80mm air flow meters went on I had to ditch the blitz pods . Reason for sale is the thing is just costing me too much money I've had my fun now I would like to move onto something newer .

with the power you claim your trap speed is way down might be an idea to run it up on a dyno just to double check maybe you have a problem ?. Your abit slow to the 660ft mark and you mph is down thing is your 60ft times aren't bad at all . For whats it's worth I know my car is abit of a differen't kettle of fish but I have one of the slips here for a [email protected] and on that run went 660ft 7.837@91mph with a 1.8 60ft . Also don't be fooled into thinking peak power dyno read outs are everything can you tell us abit more about the car and mods .

I spoke you got a couple of minutes for you lined up for a run . Thats certainly a good result you got .I've got probably a tiny bit less power then you going out to the drags again soon would be happy with something close to 11.5 let alone an 11.1 . Got a few questions for you what kind of boost are you running on these steel wheel turbo's it's certainly a good power figure and are you still running on standered internals? . What tyres on the rear you running ??.

hey Mik yeh looking to run a decent 11 then call it a day (atleast as fast as your dad's old 33) got alittle bit more power now and will be cheating abit with tyres and some weight reduction . Thanks for the input sydneykid usefull information as always .

My GTR's power band drops off at about 7600rpms and at the drag I usually swap gears at about that . After doing abit of reading some guys are holding on to 8000-8500 with std internals and a similiar setup I don't see how this benifits anything, opinions please ???? . I have been having alitte bit of trouble with trap speed and it seems alot of guys on here with less power are doing better trap speed's then me maybe I'm not holding onto the gears for long enough??.

tyres on there now are 245/45/17 so around that I reckon the rims are 9's so I could probably even go wider . What are these dunlops like how they grip ?.

After a good pair of semi slicks in 245/40/17 or wider preferably in sydney so I can come and collect . cheers Brett

I'm after some semi slicks for the back of the GTR tyres on there now are 245/45/17 rims are 9inch wide ,which one's should I be looking at getting . I'm after maxium traction in a straight line don't care about wear rate or what there like in the wet . cheers Brett

wouldn't bother with de-screening unless your looking at making serioues power (something close to 500rwhp ) . Like Mik said nismo's are another idea and there new as well unlike used rb20/25 and z32's .

rb20/25 afm's are the same . I have rb25 afm's on my GTR if you have custom pods then they will probably not bolt up to the 80mm afm's like I found with my blitz pods. I just bought two gts-t pod adapters and mounted new filters . The rubber turbo intake pipes just squeeze over the back of the 80mm afm's help to heat them up they slip on easier. Have a look in my gallery have a pic of the my engine bay with rb25 afm's .

I been around the world twice chasing this nloise problem changed and tried everything so narrowed it down to the subframe bushes two of them are leaking . It's big expensive job to replace them I think I am just going to live with it becuase it's not all that bad .

and before anyone ask's yes they are a universale fitment to all skylines even 180sx and silvia I believe. cheers Brett

I just purshased a set of whiteline pineapples to fit to my GTR to try and stop a noisy subframe bush but it turns out it didn't work . There really no use to me and where only bought for that one reason . If someone wants to give me $70 for them I'll pull them out and there yours I paid $110 from UAS on saturday and there only been in the car for 50km's. cheers Brett email [email protected] or private message

Yeh it is abit confusing you would think they would just display the figures in psi . Moving up from 1.2bar just had a look the value for that is 65 what do you think the value for 1.3bar would be ?.

Anyone out there using a blitz sbc-id boost controller need some help on changing the boost setting in the 4 channels . I downloaded the instructions from blitz.jp but they are not very clear on how to do it . Also the values aren't actually displayed in psi for some reason but some other number. any help would be appreciated . cheers Brett

The boys at Bel are working flat out to get the new shop up and running as well as having a new 4wd dyno log dyno installed so they will be doing dyno and road tuning . I think it will be worth the wait for some of you guys looking for a tune .

Can anyone comfirm if the gearing in a r32 gtr vpsec is differen't to that in a non vspec car ? , also what about the n1 vspec's. cheers Brett
