What Do You People Think I Should Do? Thanks
Bronno! replied to Daniel_33's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Call consumer affairs...... and find out exactly what you can do. did the car come with a "statutory warranty" or a dealer specific? Best bet of returning the car( if that is your plan) is to go along the lines of advertising it to do something where it doesnt..... EG- Airconditioning. said it has airconditioning but it doesnt. bronson. -

Best Places For Major Service Rockhaming/south Of River
Bronno! replied to Aftermarf's topic in General Maintenance
I take my car to Marc at c reds whenever I need a more advanced going over of my car(eg first major service) Not only does he do a good job, he is always happy for me to call and get some advice of him, eg, talked me through the shit job of removing some exhaust manifold studs. Genuine enthusiast is the way I see the guys at c reds. But I'm sure everyone has there own reasons to go to certain import specialists. -
Turbo/manifold Exhaust Leak Fixed In Perth
Bronno! replied to 0173's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
C reds down sevenoaks street would be able to sort you out. Or you could attempt it yourself I recently just pulled apart my exhaust manifold to replace studs and whatnot, it isn't to hard of a job, except finding out you have 3 snapped studs always sucks. Haha -
My Baby, soon to also have a nice r33 gtr genuine black spoiler...just waiting for it to be removed from the bootlid. .black bootlid and spoiler is to much In my opinion. cheers

Just Another Intro Into The World Of Skylines.. Australia!
Bronno! replied to Bronno!'s topic in Newbie Introductions
Thanks fellas! My idea on the mods are by no means extensive, just that little bit more of a kick from a stand still. I already brought a 2nd hand turbo back exhaust, just gonna sand it back and spray it Matt black at work and polish the tip up a bit and when I change the gaskets I'll put the exhaust on instead of the stock one, and will put a blitz front mount which I will get anodised black for a sleeker look. Also looking at getting the bcracing adjustable coilovers to upgrade from the stock ones which are quite soft Would also like some gadgets in the car, specifically gauges in a triple mount holder., and am already replacing faded stock items(gear knob, handbrake lever cover, steering wheel, gear surrounds) with newer looking 2nd hand ones. Also managed to pick up a really good second hand genuine set of floor mats for cheap with I'm incredibly happy with, making the interior feel that little bit more new ( I'm a big fan of keeping my skyline with a good mixture of stock and aftermarket, will be incredibly picky of how it it looks) also wanna fix the drivers mirror which doesn't fold in, but folds out. Bloody mirror! Hahahah Also buying a gtr wing from over east which is black and will fit nicely with my rims. -
A good wash every few weeks is always a good one XD

after reading this entire thread, definitely going with the BC coilies! cheers fellas!

Well i feel the time has come to right a intro about me and my skyline...so here goes. My name is Bronson, im 18 and from Rockingham,WA i am currently employed in the RAN(which funds my car quite nicely at my age might i add) Enough of that, my car is more important. In december of last year i bought my 3rd car(first a jackaroo, then a courier, then my dream car), a 1995 series 1.5 r33 skyline with 100,000k's on the clock and only a pod filter under the hood. withtin the first week it had a full 100,000k service and a "hard to find them in that condition" response from the blokes at c-red, which was a good feeling. Not saying i had any doubt about it, i had my old man with me who was a mechanic for 30 odd years, saying, if you dont buy it, i will. and i couldnt give up the the price of 9k, for a car which ive wanted since i first saw fast and the furious.(boys yes, i do have plans to mod it, and i know people are gonna say "you should have brought a already modded one" but im more of a DIY person with a passion to learn and understand cars and engines in general. could listen to people talk about cars all day long, and would only ask them more questions! currently my car has a intake gasket leak which im just waiting on the full gasket kit from nissan until i fix it(my aswell do them all while its pulled apart), already have the studs which im going to replace aswell whilst i've pulled it apart that far. its also on axle stands while the white rims get a nice coat of gloss black... all 4 for $200, cant go wrong. hoping to meet as many of you as i can over the years to come at cruises and numerous other events thanks for your time. Bronson
