can u upgrade the rb25 heads to be as effective as the rb26 such as the oil squirts solid lifters etc etc or is it imposible or is it cheaper to go get the rb26 heads

yeah i heard about get the fittings of the rb26 do they fit straight in can u stroke it out any further from that point or does it stay as a 2.6 then.. dont the rb25 and rb26 have the same block?/ and whats the diffrence between the rb26 heads compare dto rb25?? i was thinking of going the rb30 block but.. then u mite as well call my car a dressed up VL.. and i dont like VL's hahaha

Hi guys.. its that time of month....... pay day ( yes . us primus yuppies get paid monthly) and im looking for a stroker kit for the rb25 does any one knoq wany good stroker kits going around ??? i was tempted to go rb30 block but im sticking to my block seems to go preety good as i found out on friday nite so il stick to it.. any info or suggestions would come in handy thanks :shake: :eek:

ummm .. it s a ceramic plated heavy duty clutch .. somethin like that i was doin 99mph 1 mor emile bloody haha yeah i shit bricks when that MEGA V8 reved to 7 grand and took off hahahah yeah everything else is stock on my car except exhaust filter and BOV ohh and clutch

when im in not in gear sitting in my drive way . i can hear a rattle type of sound u can even say a scrapping noise coming from my gear box direction , when i put my clutch down the sounds go away is this normal or is my gear box goin out the window... im not experiancing any problems while driving all gears go smooth and i dont experiance any slipping at all am i in for big problems or am i just paraniod? any body have or had the same problem

that car at calder last nite with the rb26dettran a 13.8 he had the r2 gtr motor in it .. i was talking to him.. he spent 5 grand on that motor and olnt managed to get a 13.8 out of it,, ( heheh and i managed at 14.1 with a stocky rb25det hahahah) if i were u i would get the rb30 bottom end and bolt on ur heads u would probly gain more power that way thats what im planning on doing anyways...

i serioulsy recon i could have broke the 13's if i had prepaird my car .. i had 1 day to get it ready i didnt even get to service it the psark plugs r stuffed oil is old 6000k,s hard time as well... air filter cheap and old but dont worry next time i go ol have my FMIC full 3 inch exhaust and il have my turbo boosted to 12psii should be fun to see what i can do then

welllllllllllll what can i say... here they go in order please dont judge me for the first few pass's 17.550 dont ask what went wrong 17.004 once again dont ask then it started to get all ok 15.05 stil spining to much in 1st 2nd and once again dont ask about my take off 14.750 all ok motor was preety damb hot at this stage i ran it at 6:35 was about 35 degree then i had a break around 8:30ish 14.351 then 14.013 at this stage i thought cool 1 more run and il hit the 13's i thought wrong wheel spinning threw 1st and 2nd almost lossing it but i stil ran a good 14.341 not bad for a stockie r33 with just a cat back exhaust and pod filter running stock boost hey hahahha im rapppppppeeedddd
