  1. haha...what do you mean 'looking stock'...it is stock...although Kenny did give me some of his special spark plugs
  2. I do too...but it's a bit different for an LS1 I reckon...
  3. Exaclty...but the shape of the piston, pin offset and skirt length also makes a difference...
  4. You can space them about 2mm and still have plenty of crank clearance...
  5. Spotted a white BNR32 on Epping road at Lane Cove this morning...I think it might have done a piston...loads of blue smoke...
  6. Have a look at the price of Tomei pistons...not that much more than say CP's or JE's. And the advantage (for a street car anyway) is the ability to run 0.002" clearance...so they don't rattle
  7. The skirts on Mahle pistons are too short for street use in my opinion
  8. Haha...why did that make me laugh out loud and get funny looks from everyone around the office??
  9. I use Poorboys products. I usually order them from the States. They are the best products I have ever used (and I've tried alot). Pinnacle also make some good stuff though.
  10. And me for babying his clutch so much
  11. He was sitting next to me!!
  12. I have a throwout bearing for sale in good nick
  13. I need to know if I need to be concerned with polarity when wiring up injectors. I have noticed that some injectors have polarity markings and some don't. As they are just a solenoid, I can't see why polarity matters, but why are some marked?
  14. Mate...why get stuck into someone when you have not idea?? They don't have a hole for the sensor, it is just a recess...but then again, I'm sure wrxhoon knows that since he has a BNR34 with OEM intercooler and has had it out a few times...
  15. www.purplepig.com.au
  16. I'm using black bowser hose that I got from purple pig. Bit of an overkill...but it is oil proff and heat resistant. Not expensive either. AND it looks stockish.
  17. I think you have been misinfomred. N1 blocks are still unavailable in Japan. If you can get them...I will have ten please. Also, the GT block is not 'taller' than the N1 block. How do I know? I've had 2 sitting beside each other. Interesting that you say there is a waiting list for the GT block. Maybe if they get another lot of 300, they will make another run.
  18. I have a Series 3 BCNR33 box for sale
  19. You are a brave man spinning an R32 RB26 to 9000rpm...
  20. umm...it's not made of plastic
  21. You better be feeling extra extra extra rich because Nismo only made 300 and they are all gone...
  22. Yep...SOLD. Wil post ASAP as discussed.
  23. The grub screws are just an extra precaution. You need to machine the crank to the right clearance (negative) for an interference fit. Bob Lee at Action cranks has fitted squillions of them for a lot of engine builders.
