  1. These. Althought they are fairly sturdy gaskets and if they are in good nick you might be able to re-use your current ones. Should just be able to remove the oil return hose so shouldn't need a new gasket here. You should replace all the banjo bolt washers on the oil feed/water feed/water return. That said, a lot of people probably don't bother, but they are not very expensive so I would. Just take the banjo bolts to enzed or something and ask for banjo washers to suit.
  2. Morning Mangs, Petrie bridge is open again Contra-flowed both directions on to the lower bridge though, that's going to be a real prick anyone trying to go north on it in the afternoon. It gets bad enough with two lanes open let alone just one. Upper bridge must have some structural damage I reckon. Yep Not as illegal as the douche that nearly ran into us going the wrong way down the road... Did it ever shut? Yeah its open now and toll free. Im pretty sure all toll roads are toll free atm (if they are open). You would think they would have better things to do hey? What pricks.
  3. Can I has it? Meh, if not we'll drive around till we find somewhere that is open...
  4. SexF is a bit of a boat... It would take me probably half an hour to even get to your place. Youngs crossing, Petrie Bridge, and Dohles Rocks Rd all stil closed. I'll have to go down to the bruce at mango hill then up to bald hills then back to your place. Maybe we should meet at bald hills or aspley or something then go from there? I went that deep once... Yeah I'll have to go back in tomorrow as well. Can't get away with 3 days of doing nothing when I'm meant to be working.
  5. My sister's shop is in the homezone there at windsor (low lying and flood prone). They didn't get flooded.
  6. Same here. Its another perfect summer day here (two in a row now!). Then you put on the news...
  7. Morning Mangs, How is everyone after the flood peak last night? Only got to 4.6m or something, hopefully that means cAndy and spAnna's place is OK. Anyone else hit?
  8. ...and down again before I could get a chance to get in line...
  9. Think it's this one: http://www.volunteeringqld.org.au/home/ Been down for a while but up atm. Looks like you have to get in line to volunteer.
  10. Colin, cruise on Sunday postponed. Anyone know if they want more volunteers yet? Feeling very awake, could smash some hours overnight

Basically the same as the last one but with more ram and a bit better video card.
  12. Morning Mangs, Hope everyone got home from work OK and no one is flooded. OK so 22m was ipswich. They are talking at least 5 or 6 meters for brisbane though, I hope you are high enough! Yeah I switched it off when it started repeating itself. Ahh Noel, you're so old school Bugger, ALDI is on the other side of the river... But yeah no big deal, I just wanted some food for the two days or so I'll be home, but I got plenty now. Yeah the check out chick @ woolies said the same. She was pretty hot. People are just practicing for the impending zombie apocalypse...
  13. That's what she said. You can leave it here if you want
  14. Miso, stay at home tomorrow if at all possible, it's going to be even worse. Lots and Lots of roads closed.
  15. Pictures from the Pine River at the Petrie Crossing. The bridge (that actually crosses the river) is way in the distance, past the "Petrie Mill" and speed limit signs visible in some pictures. And a vid:
  16. Petrie woolies still open and plenty of stock... ...unless you want bread, milk, eggs, meat, or vegetables. Oh well, I have a loaf of bread in the freezer. NFI how old it is, but it'll do for sammiches for lunch
  17. Success! Got home and house (and cars) are OK . Both under water now... Going to go for a ride and check it out. Sounds like its going to hit a lot higher now! They just said 22m on the TV. I hope you guys are going to be OK, get your important stuff out and get to higher ground.
  18. road outside work looks better, going to try and get across the houghton highway now. bbl.
  19. Meh, house should be OK, it's up pretty high in Petrie. I just need to figure out a way to get to it, which means getting across the pine river somehow...
