  7. At standard boost I'd suggest keeping the 1.1mm gap and heat range 6. If you still have a miss issue, then pull them out and gap them down to .8 or .9
  8. Yep, helps the wheel locate centrally and takes the load off the wheel studs. A spacer on one side? Seriously :S
  9. you should, but 10mm slip ons are thicker than the hubcentric rings so they probably won't do anything. What you really should do is get custom spacers made that match the hub center bore on the inside and the wheel center bore on the outside, then no need for rings!
