Can't trust a factory speedo anything past 100. Can't trust my speedo at all, its reads about 12% high at the best of times. I would however be surprised if I was doing less than 210 in the sprint sessions. That run I took you on, that was probably 180-190 odd.

Erm... they usually go till around 4 or so... presumably will finish and then happy laps will start not long after. They sell food there but it is crap and expensive. I usually buy it anyway though . You can bring your own if you want though. Suggest you bring a chair as well...
