  1. 1989 Nissan 180SX CA10DET Manual Metallic Blue – no body damage – fair paint

    This car was bought for my wife and need a few things doing for rego, I ran out of time and ended up getting another car as we needed transport in a hurry. the car was previously registered in VIC.

    The following items have just been fitted

    Brand new 18” wheels no marks

    2 brand new 215 45 18 maxxis

    GTIR turbo (largest bolt on factory turbo)

    New castor rod bushes, new oil pressure switch, just serviced oil and coolant replaced

    Brand new alarm, immobilizer and central locking fitted’

    New Kakimoto 3 JDM muffler

    Brand new coolant overfrow botte

    Brakes are in good condition the car stops very well.

    The clutch and gearbox are in very good condition, no crunches or work syncros. Diff is also in good nick.

    The car handles VERY well thanks to a set of TIEN HA coilovers and good tyres on 18” rims.

    Interior needs some work – the dash has some cracks but overall the plastics and seats are in good condition. VIP spec pimp wood grain steering wheel. Car comes with a SUPER PIMP SPEC double din Japanese stereo (not in photos) with more flashing lights than a Christmas tree.

    The car will probably need a few things for rego:

    Rear seatbelts are buggered and need replacing

    Spare wheel needs bolting down

    other non rego things you may want to fix:

    Fuel guage is inaccurate

    Front bar needs minor fixing and fitting

    I am listing everything that needs doing to try to help out potentail buyers. its a good little car that needs tidying up only.

    Price: $4000 - no offers, no trades, no I have a broken commodore and 38 dollars.... $4000 its a fair price if you want a cheaper one you will have to buy a smashed auto non complied car.

  2. yep i never get pulled over!

    and as per cj's comment the car was originally a GTS.

    I bought the car with a full RB20DET conversion. including gearbox, engine, loom, ecu ect. since i have had it I have also replaced the diff, brakes, new gearbox, motor ofcourse, rear subframe, infact the only NA aspect of the car is the 4 stud hubs.

    I have always kept them as i have always had a set of wheels as nice as the lmgt4's . and also I like the fact they it has 4 stud hubs... keeps people guessing!

    The car also comes with a pair of buddyclub P1's for the track and a standard manifold thet can be put inplace of the one with the external gate if needed.

  3. same from nengun here, I enquired about a part and was told it was in stock and would be shipped as soon as payment arrived... when the part had not arrived in 2 weeks i emailed and was told it still wouldnt be sent out for another 2 weeks!!! WTF? it took 6 weeks for them to send a part they supposedly had in stock i would never use them again just for the delivery time.

    GTST,,, sorry I will get some better photos up this weekend once I have a chance to take them... surprisingly it looks very stock apart from a very large external gate staring at you when you open the bonet.!

    Topher, I will have to confirm this 100% but they are 17" by 8.5" +35 all round :rolleyes: as mentioned earlier I will get some better photos of the car up on the weekend.

    I have also not listed a whole heap of extra things the car has. I will endeavor to update it best I can on the weekend, I have spent the last few weeks knocking out walls and ripping up the floor so time has not been readily available.

  5. its a fact not a stupid comment dickhead. non turbo brakes are not as good as turbo ones and actually not a legal breaking system with a turbo car. never mind the rb30. but you say it has GTR rotors and calipers etc. how are they still 4 stud. gtr arent 4 stud. but even tho you tried to flame me when i was actually asking a valid question i think that this car is value for money and in dam fine condition. so before you go off your head f*k stick look at the question and think before your fat mouth opens.

    the brakes are as stated 296mm gtr rotors and R32 4 spot calipers. the rotors have been redrilled to suit the 4x114.3 hubs.

  6. Millenium Jade R32 Skyline 140,000 k’s currently making326rwkw.

    I built the car myself to suit my needs at the time. It we designed to be used as a daily that I could take out to the track or to the skidpan on the weekends. It looks nice without getting attention from the wrong people. It is not overly loud

    I have advertised it before and then pulled it back off the market. I have devcided to concentrate on finishing my house for the next 12 months and after that will be replacing the skyline with a caterham. so It's been the best car I have ever had but its time for it to go.

    ENGINE - RB30DET

    I built this engine using an RB25DE head with less than 60,000 k’s and an RB30E bottom that has been rebuilt. All new gaskets and seals were used and VCT is disabled. The engine runs perfectly makes ridiculous power and torque.

    I am not interested in haggling and am not hard up for cash. I built it for a lot more than this and anyone that wound be genuinely interested would know what is involved in putting together a machine like this. There are a lot of forum members that have been in this car and know what it is like, tis a bit of an animal :rofl:

    I have since re tuned my car and it is now making 437RWHP at 19psi.

    specs as follows

    RB30DET - RB25 NA head, stock cams

    RB30E bottom end rebuilt to standard specs.

    modified standard manifold with external 40mm gate

    HX35 with 10cm^ rear housing

    740cc hiflowed standard injectors

    Z32 AFM

    3" exhaustFMIC

    splitfire coilpacks

    No VCT

    boost now a dead flat line @19psi.

    Remapped stock R32 ecu. idles like factory and still returns close to 400km's to a tank!

    standard everything else.

    full boost at 3400rpm, power keeps climbing to redline, torque curve is nearly flat once it reaches full boost

  8. I agree. how could they charge you for a tune and say "here you go" giving you back a car that is not right.

    the right think to do would have been run it up on the dyno and call you and let you know what was going on before handing the car back. that s just shonky... really...
