  1. Anyone else still interested? Fitzy has his custom made one coming soon, with a screen around 4 times the size of the original one! I can take pics if anyone is interested! Impakt
  2. if you used the rb25det loom and rb25 ecu, and you still have the consult plug there, then yes you can use it Impakt
  3. Update: A logging program is now available, which actively logs the datastream from the NissDataScan. This means that you can log the data AND use the display at the same time! The best thing about this is that the program is free! It's available for download here Note: This program will not work without the NissDataScan, and it useless on its own. Impakt
  4. Yeah you can get hold of your wiring diagram and test with a multimeter to make sure the 5 wires are still going where they should be. Alternatively, you can find someone else in Melbourne with one who can help you.. Impakt
  5. The display shipped COD to Victoria costs around $315 landed. Impakt
  6. Yes it will work fine with those ECUs with daughterboards installed. Impakt
  7. No you can't use a laptop on its own to use the translation. You need an interface between the ECU and laptop, which this display has built in. The display has a provision on board to allow extra analog sensors to be plugged in. If your extra sensors spits out an analog voltage the display can be used to show these. It will work fine with piggyback units, and will show what the ECU is "seeing". Yes, it will work with chipped ECUs. I have mine working n an sr20 ecu with 600cc injectors and z32 afm. Impakt
  8. Yes there are currently 3 models available. The generic n1 model (which works basically on all nissans except 200sx), the 200sx model (n1 model minus ignition timing, since 200sx ecu doesnt support it), and GT-R model, which is basically n1 plus 2nd afm and 2nd o2 sensor. Impakt
  9. Currently a PC program is being developed that will monitor/log the same data that the display processes. This means that you can have the dash installed with a laptop logging everything the dash displays. There are already programs that do monitoring/logging and many other things too. So did you want a PC program that worked in conjunction with the display, or just a program that had similar features to it? Impakt
  10. Not at the moment but USB-serial converters dont cost that much either... Impakt
  11. Actually the stock ECU in my car has an exhaust temp sensor, but the voltage for it never changes. I think it acts more like a switch though. The NissDataScan's circuit board has a provision for up to 7 analogue inputs too. If you have an analogue sensor somewhere on the car and would like for it to show on the display, it can be done. 12. Hi all, Still have a few sitting here. Let me know if you're interested or need to ask any more questions! Impakt
  13. Never heard of my display doing anything with the stock dashboard clock. Wiring wise they are unrelated. Impakt
  14. Oosh: your 'custom' display is getting sent out tomorrow, upon your approval Impakt
  15. sr180sx: Yes it will, it will work on pretty much every nissan from 89 onwards... Impakt
