hi guys i have bought a Greddy Oil Catch Can. I have been told by a friend of mine that it should have a filter on top of it to vent out the fumes. is this correct cause my one doesnt. does that matter? Also i'm not sure whether i have installed it right. i posted another thread and one person said that one pipe ran off block the other to vent to atmosphere and other said that pipe runs back into the engine........like pic below. Can someone please clarify these for me. thanks

is it a original or copy? stamped? Can you also provide piping?

i am turning the knob the right way(i checked that too as not to make a fool out of myself). i can still keep turn it up but i was wondering whether i had plugged it in wrong........ should i have diconnected the factory boost soleniod? cause i have should i just be plugging in the turbosmart controller into the two pipes that are attacted to the factory solenoid? cause i have and should i just check turn it up until i can't anymore or it starts to work? which i havent done (yet)?

i've done what u guys said and i've clicked it up to about 15clicks and still no boost increase(my aftermarket boost gauge is still reading 7-8.5psi).......that am i doing wrong? ? ? ? ? do just keep on clicking up the dial or what????

check ur diff look at the back of the housing where the plug is. sometimes there is fluid residue and it smells bad when it starts to evaperate from the heat.

Hi i'll trying to install just a underbonnet boost controller single stage (see pic).....but its not working........... i have disconnected the factory solenoid from the computer and used the two pipes from it to plug in the smartsmart controller (see pic)......is this correct? so far i have turned the dial up to eleven clicks(not all at once) and so far nothing. My pillar mount boost gauge still says that i'll only running 7-8psi.....which of course is standard what am i doing wrong..........have i pulgged it in right. Please Help! ! !

Hi Guys Will the standard ECU in a 95 R33 allow to me run higher boost if i install a boost controller? i want to run about 12psi through a standard turbo, intercooler an ECU. what do you think, is this safe? Or should i upgrade my cooler and ECU before i start upping the boost. i already have a 3inch turbo back exhaust and pod filter
