hey guys, first of all thank you for your info. I was greatly appreciated. I have just bought today a R33 GTR V-Spec engine which is supposedly out of a 98' model. I don't know how to makje sure it's v-spec or if it's really 98 or a r32 model. Anyone know how i can find this out? it is out of a half cut. Ohh and what motul ol do ppl use in these motors? Hey guys. I am buying a GTR engine, and was wondering if anyone could tell me the differences between the r32 gtr engine and r33 gtr engine. Apart form the age difference is there any difference? Any physical changes? power or anything at all? Ohh and sorry but 1 last thing, do the v-specs have any more power thasn the standard engine in the r33 range? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Hey guys. I have just bought a R33 GTR engine. It is complete with computer, loom, manifolds turbo's u name it it's got it. I am about to pull my RB25 out of my R33 gtst. I was wondering if anyone could help me. Is there anything i need to know about the ocnversion? liek sensors that need replacing or somthing that doesn't fit? Any help would be great! I am bolting it up tyo my 5spd man box. Also i have a 95 gtst. The engine is a v-spec 98' model r33 engine. Is there any legal issues with putting this engine in? Cheers Mark

Hi, I am selling my Nissan skyline R33 GTS-T. It is a regretable sale and doesn't have to be sold asap or anything. I am about to upgrade to a XR6T and will need to sell this to buy one. There is nothing wrong with the car and it is in extremly good condition. I have owned the car for 2 years, i bougth it when it has 62,000kms. The car just ran out of warrenty but has been fully maintained. I have done the cam belt at 86,000kms with all genuine parts, it has all new exhaust gaskets, when i have the 3" exhaust put on the manifold gasket was done with all new studs.(from nissan). The car also comes with a full GTR body kit painted white and a standard full exhaust system which are not fitted. The rear muffler is interchangable with the standard muffler for epa regulations. The 3" muffler is far to loud but can be put on as it is connected via a flange. So you can have a 3" exhaust all the way from the turbo, and u can hook up the standard muffler to the 3" so it's quieter but still goes faster. Also comes with a GFB Blowoff valve that is not attached but can be in 5 mins. The car also comes with the standard gear knob and radio. Specs: Nissan Skyline R33 12/95' Series 1.5 ( Has full S2 conversion, including lights( Very clean, no moisture build up or anything), bonnet, grill and guards) Turbo 5 Spd Manual 93,092km (with service history) White Hybrid FMIC with 2 1/2 inch chrome piping (Paid $1,100 with recipt) Full 3" exhaust( Paid $1,300 with recipt) Full VeilSide kit (including rear bar, rear wing, side skirts and front bar) (Paid $2,500 for kit, painting and fitting with recipt) Nismo chrome bar shift knob (paid $110 with recipt) White guages instaled(odo hasn't been tampered with) 17" wheel, the look good, but i don't know what brand they are. They are 17"/8.5 on the front and deep dish 17"/9 on the rears Tyres: 255/40R17 Falken Azenis tyres on the rear, has 80% tread left on 235/40R17 Goodyear Eagle F1's on the front.(the brand new ones) The reason i didn't keep the same tyres on front and back is because the F1's don't come in 255/40R17. Rear tyres are brand new(Just spent $690 on them) Blitz Turbo Timer(also shows how much boost u are running but cannot alter it) Blaupunkt cd player with 1gb hard drive ( paid $750 with recipt) Rest of car standard including suspension. Hasn't been boosted, believe it or not i don't care. The car pulls very good power without boost. Before i installed the intercooler, with just a exhaust it pulled 152.9RWKW with sheet. I am not going to assume what it will get with the intercooler. No pod filters or anything. Just a k & N panel filter. The car was fully serviced a 6 weeks ago with fully sinthetic oil and genuine oil filter. The spark plugs are NGK platnums which were relaced at 75,000km. The fuel filter was changed 9k ago, as was the brake/clutch/coolant flush. The engine bay is spotless and it runs like a dream. This car has been meticulously maintained, no scratches or dents, always washed once a week by crystal hand car wash. chasing $22,000 with REGO and RWC ( I don't want to hear anything about the price being to steep please) PLease contact me via e-mail or here for more pics or come and have a view. Hi, I am selling my Nissan skyline R33 after i have been just pulled up and fined for having no P'plates displayed, i was handed a three point ticet, and i have no points as i am on the option sheet. So i will lose my license for 6mths. This car is in extremly good condition, totally original, never boosted, never modified, not even an exhaust system or pod filter. It has just been fully serviced with history papers from here and japan. It also has balance of warrenty still available, it has one year left. Here are the detailes of the car. Nissan Skyline R33 Series 2 Turbo 5 Spd Manual 66,190km (with service history from new) White Full GTR kit 17" wheel, the look good, but i don't know what brand they are. They are 17"/8.5 on the front and deep dish 17"/9 on the rears I have just spent $1800 on tyres, 235/40R17 Goodyear Eagle F1's on the front(the brand new ones) and 255/40R17 Dunlop LM702 tyres on the rear. The reason i didn't keep the same tyres on front and back is because the F1's don't come in 255. All yres are brand new. Blitz Turbo Timer(also shows how much boost u are running but cannot alter it) Has a Turbo muffler but not a aftermarket exhaust system. This car is totally original, no scratches or dents, and has been very well looked after. Asking 22,500 ono If anyone is seriously interested post me here or pm me for further detailes. U must think i a lieing or somthing and i could understand if u did, but i swear i am not, i have just been stuffed areound with evercar i have been ready to buy, i have lost 1k in deposits, so i have learned the hard way!so i am back in the market for one!
