I'll upload some photos ASAP. Double checked with the breakers yard and the car was a damaged Infiniti Q60. They weren't sure about the year but said it was at least 2009 as it was 7 speed. They gauranteed it was an AU supplied vehicle. -

I've managed to purchase an AU 2009 Infiniti radio/cd/sat nav system. Complete with screen, all knobs and switches and wiring blocks. What can we do with this? Copy onto Jap system? Anyone?
