  1. I just filled out 8 entries myself, glad I shoved all those receipts into the centre console
  2. Silver car with black rims, that thing must never need to be washed!! A lot more practical than my own black duco/white rims combo. Your car looks awesome, it's got to be one of the cleanest cars on the road, not even a stone chip on the front. Love the new look, but then again it's a Skyline, how can it look bad
  3. Are you doing it yourself? When I first got my Skyline my seals were shagged, I went to Perth Brake Parts and picked up some new ones for about $1-2 each.
  4. How many km's on the turbo? What sort of condition is it in? And how much does a GT28BB flow?
  5. Hooper's Smash in Bibra Lake are pretty cheap. I had some rust cut out by them and it was a good job.
  6. They do have a bit of the 'jelly beans' about their shape, but everything else is nice. Perhaps with some nice paint and rims could look good.
  7. I filled up at BP Myaree this arvo, so they've still got some for now.
  8. I filled up this arvo at BP Myaree on Leach Highway, so they've still got petrol for now.
  9. Congrats to your brother, looks like a very interesting car with the twin turbo setup and the water to air cooler. I like that second pic, he looks like he's shitting himself in the driver's seat
  10. Mine died after about a month of owning it. It seemed in pretty good nick when I got the car so I think I killed most of the stocker. Got a heavy duty and haven't had any troubles since (about 10 months now).
  11. How much for the old bird cage????? Just kidding, but on a serious note, how much power does a 2510 give?
  12. I think there's a UK brand called Motech (or Motek, something like it anyway) which make all sorts of car accessories, including exhausts, so they might not have been far off in that one. But still, who'd replace a VTEC engine with an SR?
  13. Your budget will probably also affect your decision, but the advice by merlin is basically the difference. The Skyline is a better built car, the 180 is a cheaper version. It also depends on what you're after in terms of comfort, racing (track, drift, drag), power etc.
  14. It might be a good idea to to all the prep work yourself if you're looking to save some money. It's not hard to sand it back and put some primer on it yourself, just consult the spray shop first as to what primer to use. I've recently repaired and repainted my own front spoiler after tearing it in half on a curb, haven't finished it yet, but it's not too hard to do yourself.
  15. Thanks for all the ideas guys and Rob for the offer of the ramps. I ended up borrowing some ramps off a mate who lives nearby and used our slanted driveway to get under the car. Already have a high pressure hose and some degreaser, so was able to give it a good clean. Didn't realise that some areas under there are actually grey, not black!! Anyway, came up well, so I'd recommend this technique for anyone doing the same.
