no steering wheel lock will do, as shown on today tonight or current affairs you just cut the steering wheel itself...then again it depends on what steering wheel but my point is the steering wheel lock isnt "steal proof"

yes i bought it so cheap you couldnt even import a stock auto at that price, i have calculated the cost to take mods off then put it back on. Mine is also white, its a total stock looker on the outside. I already bought R34 GTR wheels for it and full GTR kit. If i have cash ill do a pearl gold, pink or some other funky colour paint job over it. Hopefully it will arrive on the 11th may but people will see a lot of this car in the city, ill definately make it stand out since there are too many skylines around. heres a couple of pics, oh anyone by anychance have any idea what turbo it could be(i know its hard to c)? Supplier said its a garret though...

Hi everyone, Im so happy the other day when my supplier had a look at my new car for the first time. The sleeper is a total beast. It looked to be a slightly modified car but when he popped the hood he found a massive top mount turbo that wasnt even on the engineers report!! With all the mods we could expect 500bhp , we assume there must be bigger injectors and hopefully the internals are done. Didnt expect this much power and now its gonna be a lot of work to bring it back to stock to get complied. here are some of the mods i can see, Apex intercooler with piping hks pod with cold air induction a garret top mount turbo of some kind apex power fc and some other meter on dash (maybe air/fuel?) full exhaust aftermarket manifold bigger injectors and maybe forgies quickshifter firm clutch of some kind tien adjust suspension black advan wheels blitz boost controller bov and so much more...cant wait to see what else there is when it arrives!!! :wassup: The car seems professionally modified with the best gear, with all the mods i expect it to push in the high 200s kw at the rears :aroused: Anyone driven or know of an R33 GTST with this sort of power? it was suppose to be my new daily driver LOL 11sec runs shouldnt be a prob right? Anyone know what it would be worth around?you wouldnt beleive the price i bought it for. Cant wait to get it and hopefully i can get it ready for adelaides next auto saloon.

its so easy to import your own car ive already imported 7 cars myself, i can help you out or even do it for you. Same cars as youd get at prestige but i save at least $1500 doing it myself.

hey can u get the 400r bonnet? in fibre glass or carbon? I saw some nice ones at carmate.com which are $550. Would it be a problem when it rains as i have a top mount turbo?

oh but dont forget that your car WILL be driven on and off the ship, in other words who knows if its been thrashed or not. A lot of rumors about wharfies taking imports for a good thrash, not sure how true it is considering the risk of an accident.

WOW, did had no idea about all this oil implication!! Ive imported 6 cars already, all had no problems except for one which may explain y. In fact ive imported a 300zx and was stored in japan for over 10 months and after compliance i drove like normal not changing oil 2000km later. But with my other 300zx i thrashed it all the way home, 20km drive, and the more i drove the car days later the crapper it felt. Then one day it didnt start at all!! Lucky i saw this thread cos i got a 400hp R33 coming and not knowing all this i would have given it a good flog home.

My 15yo import got stolen, stripped and eventually recovered. Out of all the ppl it had to happen to me but i assume its a once of thing, dont think it cant happen cos it did to me.

i just took my car for a plug n oil service and a dyno tune and got 7kw at the wheels more on my 300zx, but if you want cheap 10kw just get a $70 boost controller and increase to 10psi and you will get over 10kw easy for only $70!!

Im interested in trading my very nice and clean Z32 300zx Twin turbo for an R33 GTST in auto or 5sp in Adelaide. Iam willing swap or even pay up to $4000 on top of my car depending on auto/5sp, kms, mods, condition etc... Heres some details: Black 90000kms 17in wheels dual 5 zigen exhaust blitz air pod boost controller (I only run 10psi max) boost gauge turbo timer lowered/stiff suspension targa roof Excellent mechanical and condition throughout. Im a sensible driver, dont thrash it and always use best fuel, oil and coolant. Car is a rare find for such good contition, any mechanical test or inspection is welcome.
