Quick question - I repaired my boost sensor and it worked fine for a few months and has now stopped reading boost. The gauge will display around -3 to -5mmhg and sometimes it will flicker on this reading.

I've tried to resolder the sensor 3 times now and I've had no luck in getting it working. I'm looking at purchasing another sensor but need some advice on the OEM part number. I've also noticed the boost sensor for an RB25 (I'm guessing this was off an R34 model ) looks awfully similar. Does anyone know if they are exactly the same?

Make sure to fully dry the area after washing the car. That area traps water, same thing is happening on my 200 and the 34

Hi guys

Sorry to bump a very old thread but I have a valid question.

I have the smallest amount of rust which has appeared on my R34 GTR. As per thread, the surface rust is on the right-hand corner of the center brake light. I will eventually remove the light and get rid of the rust. Does anyone know where I can buy another seal for the brake light from? Or what would be suitable substitution for the foam seal around the light?

Very happy that I picked mine up when I did. I can't see the price dropping anytime soon. Once America get their hands on them they are going to increase even more.

If you check out the auctions in Japan most of the vehicle going for sale are grade R's. Very hard to find ones which are grade 4 or above.

Just read through this thread and it's interesting to note the increase in price on R34 GTR's at the moment. Looking at carsales they all range between 60k-80k generally. The cleaner, lower KM's are pushing 70k-80k.

But what they are advertised for, and what they sell for are two different stories.

please don't get those god awful pads.. you might as well be using 2x sheets of glass as brake pads.

At least go with Intima Pads, Project Mu, EBC, Hawk, Ferrodo, and as much as I dislike QFM yes go with them.. no Bendix.. YUCK!

btw.. I can get Intima Pads at a good price, PM me if you're interested.
