  1. 92 GTR RB26 Stock bottom end HKS 2530's, divorced dumps Trust Intercooler 3.5" exhaust, SARD high flow cat Nismo 555cc injectors I think Stock cam gears Unknown fuel pump but definitely not stock Unknown oil pump (but more pressure than stock) HKS EVC @ 1.3 bar HKS FCON V This is how the car came to be, off the boat from Japan. It made 400 WHP in AWD mode on a Dyno Dynamics dyno. The idle AFR was 10's so I knew I needed to get it re-tuned as this is my daily driver. RECOMMENDATIONS? Since that dyno, I picked up a Haltech Platinum Pro PNP, removed the HKS EVC and bought a MAC valve. None of that has been installed yet. I'm not looking for huge power but I do want it to be fun and reliable enough to take to the occasional track day. The age of the current injectors and fuel pump are unknown. Originally I wasn't looking for more power. 400 is fun enough, just wanted to fix that fat idle mixture. A local tuner suggested Fuel Injector Development 630cc injectors ($375 USD) and a new pump but I'm more inclined to spend that on adjustable cam gears for more responsive low end if my current injectors and pump are sufficient. If I did new injectors and pump, what's a good drop in solution? Other thoughts?
  2. Brake Booster Options Does anyone know if an R33 GTR brake booster is a direct swap to the older R32 GTR? I'm in the states with a leaky brake booster and am having trouble sourcing a replacement!
  3. Power Stop in the US sent me a set of their "Track Day" pads. Yeah, they're called "Track Day". They're partners with Bondourant Driving School here and used on Vettes. They're something like $65 and I think they're very cheap in comparison to what else is out there. At New Jersey Motorsports Park I only had 30 minutes of track time due to an ABS pump failure but they performed well enough with ATE Type 200 fluid. NJMP's Thunderbolt circuit has a two higher speed straights with braking zones from 120-130 to 60 MPH'ish. The pads felt like they had no issues with the job. After getting home and removing the pads, I think they wore down 50% or so. I'd have to measure thickness but I'm not so sure they would have held up to a 2-day weekend and 120+ minutes of lapping.
  4. Still going strong, TXSquirrel? Going to be trying this on my '92 GTR very soon.
