dont cry, the same situation has happened to heaps of people im getting a full rebuild of my RB25 at the moment, forged pistons ect. it should end up at about $5500. I had pretty much the same thing happen, ringlands are shot on all 6 pistons. the way i see it, my engine should be bullet-proof on my belhaf of ownership, and i can do a few track-days without worrying about my motor dying. btw, the guy rebuilding my engine organised all the forged parts for the same price as factory items
