Buy new injectors, the 440cc path will end in heartache.
How so? Whats the problem with using the 444cc injectors if I can get a set for 300, instead of paying 1000 for Nismo 555cc? It works out for my build for the short term I need them, where's the problem? Are you speaking from experience?

And don't waste your time with 26 injectors. If you're going to the trouble of changing injectors, at least put in some new Bosch 1000s. It's not 2008 any more.
It may not be 2008, but maybe I'm on a budget and can't exactly afford 1000cc injectors and my engine doesn't have any injectors in it

So I want to use 444cc gtr injectors in my rb20det, the ecu has Nistune, and I'm wondering if I can get away with not using the Injector Resistor Ballast that the GTR uses if I get a proper tune on the car?
I've seen this thread:
And people say that if you get a tune you don't need the resistor, looking for a surefire answer.
Any knowledge would be appreciated so much, as 555cc injectors are cutting into my budget, and I'm quickly running out of money

Looking to buy a set of Nismo 555cc top feed injectors (yellow tops?) to suit an rb20det secondhand, give me a price and don't be ridiculous pls, looking for a good deal pls.

Alright lads, time to poke your R32 Gtst knowledge
Looking to fit 18x8.5 +44 with a 235/35/18 on all corners, gaurds rolled of course. This is on stock suspension. Are they gonna fit no probs? Little bit of rubbing is fine.

Got another set of potential specs, looking to get 18x8.5 +44 underneath all corners, gaurds rolled. With 235s, so a tiny bit of stretch

But the short answer is yes. This is probably the first of the 14000 such threads on this forum where the OP intends to fit sensibly sized wheels and tyres.
+35 would be better than +32 (which will poke out a tiny bit more than the 35s). But GTR wheels are +30 and they fit fine. 235s a better choice than 245 (which will bag out a bit more and may just scrape on the guard lip at +32)
Thanks for the info.
The reason I can't just go to WillTheyFit.com is because it currently has steelies on it. Wanted a straight answer from people who have already tried

So I'm looking at getting some wheels for my R32 GTS-T and I want to know what I can fit under the gaurds without doing any of this stupid stretching of tyres. I'm looking to get 17x8 +32s under all corners. Is it gonna work with 235s or 245s? Gaurds already rolled of course

You can always get a temporary exhaust then take your time looking around for what you really want.
Tis the plan, except for Cat-back

I've heard a few people say this too but never followed it up...I know mine doesn't and never been caught up for it yet.
It doesn't exactly help when I've bought the car with no exhaust at all. Not even a manifold. I'll blue slip the thing with a Cat if I can, but after that... There will be a little less choking the old girl

Titanium will make it raspy n obnoxiously loud.
Jap brand exhausts are shit. They hang low. Test pipes are illegal
As above go to a local exhaust shop and tell them what u want. They can make it fit snug up against the body and they won’t have any step downs in themI've been told that cars before 1990 are not required to have a catalytic converter, so a test pipe would be perfectly legal. According to this mechanic

Fair enough mate. If you’re a fan of the R33 GTR wing, ever thought of modifying one to fit on a R32?Ive thought about it
Maybe, still want that exact spoiler. Maybe modify one year, like Goodezilla used to have. Still, Veilside one is mine

That's gonna be a no from me, looks like too much like a 326 power wing. I want to find that exact style of spoiler shown before, sits on the boot, looks like an R33 spoiler, but it's not. The endplates have gotta be square.
I know the thing's rare, but it's the only spoiler, other than big ol' Voltex wing, that I will ever want on my 32

Unless you live in Antarctica, a titanium exhaust is not going to wear. Sound wise if you’re worried abito sound then why upgrade to a louder drone sounding exhaust in the first place?
Just don't want it to be obnoxiously loud, but still not stock

Hi mate,
Here's the HKS Silien Hi-Power one you mentioned:
If you want a more tougher droney sounding one...I highly suggest the Tomei Extreme TI exhaust:
I'm out in the Central NSW and the roads aren't the best and was advised by a mechanic, family friend, not to go with the Titanium because of the roads. Wondering if the Tomei Titanium would hold up, as apposed to a Stainless Steel HKS and Greddy options, also want to keep it stealthy to avoid unwanted attention, Cop lives at the end of my street

Hey mate, you ought to be upgrading your exhaust system to increase performance not only to get better sound as you ought to nvest your cash on a good exhaust not any Autobarn/eBay one that might sound good.
Anyway, if you are willing to spend some cash for both performance and a better exhaust note then I recommend you look at brands such as Apexi, HKS, Fujitsubo and Tomei.
I have a 3” Apexi turbo-back exhaust and it sounds really nice but not too loud.
You need a budget, decide between an over the counter brand or custom and what dump pipes set up / catback or full system etc?
I've been looking at a HKS Silent hi power, and a Greddy Power Extreme, but I can't find a decent sound clip of the Greddy. Standard dump pipe, Blitz Front pipe, and not sure on the test pipe. I've been looking on Nengun
Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate it as I'm new to the scene

Hey guys, I'm looking for a deep sounding exhaust for my Gtst 32, just want to know what will drone a little bit, give the rb20 a deep note to it, and not have a raspy obnoxious exhaust. Thanks
