In the need of some adjustable cam gears for the standard cams. Can anyone help.

Im looking at putting some cam gears in, dont want anthing crazy just a stage 1, would this give a noticeable power gain and / or should i just purchase some cam gears and tune my existing cams? Also AFM z32's have been know to be good, as well as the nismo's, is one better then the other and would this give a noticeable power gain? I here that the gtr pump can flow up to 450hp, it this tru and what would be the max hp atw that the fuel pump could handle, what is a cheap, good upgrade that will make 500hp at the wheels. This is normal, also since you have only done the oil once on a new box. Dont stress on it as the filings are supposed to gather there.
