Not trying to defend it because i have custom plates. Any of those things you just said can attract the same amount of attention as custom plates. I dont like people who put body kits on cars or stupid vinyls are retarded but i dont specifically say to them they are. It does add to the look of the car... it would be stupid to say it doesn't. Infact the plates can add more to the car than mods can =S Look at the RX7 in my garage, stock body, but with VIC plates it looks like absolute rubbish. Owning a import or sports car in general gets us targeted so if your going to own one... you might aswell get custom plates =S. As most people don't have engineers for their mods and are illegal. Custom plates are a small addition to being "suspected" of hooning rather than getting pulled over for power you shouldn't have and lawfully cant use on the road. <3

I would say collectors would pay good money for those, the person who bought them quick is smart.

Chin up mate, i am remaining hopeful that the judge will come to a sensible decision and not just simply take the side of an officer purely going off by word. If i can win this case then i will prove even p platers stand a chance at defending themselves if they are targeted by cops, not just skyline drivers - when they have done nothing wrong.

Boo i activated my account a couple weeks ago. Am playing Horde on Thaurissan (still). I have made a guild (again) but this time will be strictly a close knit group of friends/long time wow friends and keep it small for when Cataclysm is released. If anyone is interested in a more calm paced, relaxed raiding schedule (but still very progressive) feel free to let me know. Of course i would need to take into consideration your role =] otherwise socials are great. Currently i have me, the mrs and two good friends, the third is coming closer to cataclysm. Ok guys, just to update. I got my infringement in the mail. A few things to note; -He didn't spell my surname correctly. -The speed limit is still wrong on the street. -Alleged speed: 100 Detected speed: 100 (notice no use of a radar or device to detect speed or there would be 3/3% speed reduction). -No information about the offence. Getting the lawyer on the phone tonight. Wish me luck =]

Yeah stock 4 door beside exhaust. Plates will most likely be coming off. But as i said i am sadly thinking of selling as i can't be bothered with this shit anymore. If they kill people on the road, it will be claimed as "a good cause" before the hoon killed someone when doing nothing wrong. They died for justice instead of a horrible accident, this moron could of swerved and hit other cars or people. One day i hope they do get killed driving like maniacs so they realise how idiotic their actions are. And as for me, i think i am going to stay sane and avoid killing people. Police force seems easier to get into than we think. I have family in there and they have given me advice. Are all of them fitted with in car cameras? Again he was way too far for me to be seen or judged. The only time he would of actually seen me was going through the estate to the house. That's where i thought he was talking about because i turned and accelerated but again did not break any laws. He can't judge my speed by sound, but i am not sure where he is talking about with booking me... To be exact on that comment: when he first asked me for my license, i asked him for his name and he went and sat in the car. then i again asked when he came out and all he said was senior constable, but i am sure he either mumbled or didnt state the name bit. Apparently they are meant to state their name, badge number, and a couple of other details without me asking further for each. I am not sure if this is true, but i heard it is possible he needs to wear the fluorescent jacket and hat in order to comply with full uniform code relating to OHS. <--- Not sure on that. Whether he stated the name or not, he sure did it quietly or not at all. So i know he i senior constable that's it. The mrs said she heard a name but is unclear and no point trying to guess it. But straight after senior constable he yelled out the window its not important etc. He was extremely rude prick and wouldn't let me get a word in to defend the matter. Nor did he bother to listen to reason on the cars infront and behind me making me unable to speed or slow down. It's complete idiocy.

Yep i was spewing when i told my mate afterward; "shit you should of recorded that! getting his attitude on camera would of been a huge bonus" If im honest i was quite scared driving home. I have dealt with police but this incident actually left a mark on me... i was horrified driving home because i was scared another cop would do the same thing. I told my mum and she said to just forget about it and don't let it bother... but wow i never imagined to feel so worried about driving? I just don't know what to do or say anymore. But i think fitting the mic and camera is a good idea. Will have to invest in it. I understand a lot of people are two sided, maybe im trying to get support for something i did but trying to cover. And that's fair enough to think that, i would to. But for these situations that are unjust, i really want justice to be slammed down on those who enforce it but don't respect it. I just want this to hurry and be over with =[

Well like i said i actually have a sheriff and a police officer agreeing with the situation on my side. The whole estate is also private property which works in my favor. I am taking this guy down. I wasnt booked for the undercover though? I don't ever speed thus why i dont have any prior records. And the sheriff is willing to back me in court. As for the rest of my evidence, i have a detailed map of the area he is claiming to have booked me, and it doesn't add up, there is no visible point long enough for him to judge at that distance as theres a couple of bends and curves. My evidence against his word of mouth. I may be a p plater but i havn't done anything wrong. And if other members of the law agree with my situation, well then i guess i am feeling more confident. I can't wait to see what he will get booked with if its in my favor. But i will keep you guys informed and see how it goes =]

Alright, so i am sure most you gentlemen have read my other post about me being set up by the undercover. Now there is a new low. Driving along Springvale Rd just turning out of Station St going home from the mrs house. I decide once i get on Springvale rd with my mate that we should stay there and watch Master chef. So i do a u-turn about after 10 seconds of driving and head back into Station st. Almost at the end of the street, i look in my mirror - as normal and see headlights at the start of the street. Now follow me carefully guys: Station St: 50km, Rook/s rd 60km(i think that was the one) I come to a stop and see this car flying up the road way way way behind me. I wait and turn having a car infront of me, and now a car behind me. Soon having im guessing the psycho who was speeding in our line also. I turn off and head to her house, park my car and then see blue and red lights. Now i am thinking. lovely what did i do now. Extremely aggressive and angry tone on officer; "Get out of the car, show me your license" "P plater, you just lost your license" me: for what? "doing 100km in a 60km zone" me: what are you talking about? i was behind a car how can i do 100?! wheres your proof? "dont like it, ill see you in court" me: whats your name? "doesnt matter it will be on the letter" *drives away* I have spoken to several people since this incident, including two police officers and everyone says HE has preformed illegal actions and has no right to book me for something i didnt do. Plus he has clearly broken a couple of laws himself. So i will be taking this guy to court when his letter comes in the mail. This is becoming a joke. I am just gonna sell my car by the looks of things, i can't deal with this absolute rubbish all the time.

Hmm i am not too sure, i was going to go back when that woman was off work so the other person doesnt notice me haha, but i am pretty sure its ONE $1 item per customer, or at the most, one $1 item of each category per customer. so 1 can of mother, 1 pack of chips etc per customer. Not 100% on that though, one of the two!!!

So i went in an hour ago, smile on my face thinking im going to walk out with 10 sausage rolls. I grab 10 of them, have a nice crisp $10 note in my hand, drop them on table, hand the $10 and she says "no no, $1 only" thinking she wants to give me 10 for $1 i agree and then she points at the sign. In writing like this: limited to one $1 item per customer except probably smaller than that. So you can buy one item that costs $1 per customer... so disappointing, had to drive out to a couple more to get my fill =[

This looks interesting. I am not sure if you will check back here, but i am keen to play a beta or demo. Being able to drive the cars will be nice to see how you could implement that. I like the sound of the people behind this game too =p Keep up the good work =]

Wish i did, but i reckon if they saw me pull out the phone myself they would of probably got me for that too =\ One day when they kill someone doing that, maybe then they will realise how retarded they actually are. Well honestly i agree slowing down would be a better option, but i suppose when your quite tired and just want to go home, doing 100km trying to keep awake then suddenly loud noises + high beams kinda gives you a bit of a shock. I've had my share of fun experiences with friends doing it but a big bulky random commodore who literally came from nowhere did kinda freak me out. Especially with the amount of idiots who constantly die every week, i just wanted to get away from him and make it to my exit which wasn't too far from me =[

Fair enough. I have always managed to never find myself in situations with police or actual hoons who want to cause a bit of trouble, so this is a bit strange to me. The timing of things was just amazing though, if it was just some idiot at a random time then hopefully he got done and not me =\

So i was driving on freeway back to S.E suburbs from Mitchem at around 2.00am on Saturday night. I was a couple km's from my exit at Warrigal as a shiny new looking commodore speeds up next to me, while doing consistent 100km he starts revving the crap out of his engine, then slow down, goes behind me and flashes high beams and tail gates me. So i speed up to get away from the lunatic but he follows, i change into the far left lane and he keeps pushing up my ass. I get to about 1XXkm and i see the exit + a speed camera stationed at it. The commodore casually drives off and i noticed a one too many antennas at the back of it. Not sure whether they got me or not, but was that them setting me up? Anyone can clarify this? It's been bothering the hell out of me...
