I changed the tps and the problem is still occurring. I took the throttle body off and it still looks good. Sat there for a while opening and closing it and never jammed. While I was out testing the problem again I would dab the throttle when it was keeping the revs up and it would stop. I'm going to have a look at where the throttle cable joins the pedal and see how I go. Wish me luck

Thanks mate, ill check the tps I don't think it would be a vacuum leak because it doesn't happen all the time

Hey guys, Just after some help with my current problem. When I drive my car and go over 5000rpm the revs hold up. When its in gear it will hold the revs say at 4000rpm and when I engage the clutch it will redline. It does this for a few seconds then goes back to normal. When this happened last I put my foot behind the pedal and it was all the way up. I've checked if the throttle cable is jamming and I can't fault it when the car isn't moving. Cleaned the AAC Cleaned the throttle body What else can I check? I'm lost at what it could be. Mods are: Greddy plenum Hypertune throttle body 3037s Injectors Power fc Z32 It had all this work even before the problem started. And sometimes it won't happen Thanks for your help

Hey guys, selling my rb20 set up as im doing a 25/30, motor is still in car running. turbo set up/ niztune/injectors are less then 2months old and only done 1 track day. RB20 comp tested at 150psi across all 6, comes complete with inlet, harness, sensors, coilpacks, ignitor, good heavyduty clutch. wont come with turbo or ecu $1000 ono RB20 gearbox has slight bearing noise but other then that its good, shifts fine no grinding. $500 ono Kinugawa TD05H-18G, 45mm turbosmart gate welded on rear housing, screamer pipe out through bonnet but wont need much to make it point down. braided lines and fittings, heatsleeving, v-band dump/front pipe, front cooler pipe with silicon, stock exh manifold. this set up is brand new only used 1 track day, made 222rwkw on 22psi dropping to 18psi makes full 22psi 4400rpm $1500 firm for the whole lot. 6x siemens top feed 610cc injectors, only done 1 track day $600 ono RB20 niztune (only one track day old) tuned for the mods above and z32 afm will also include the z32 afm with the sale of niz tune $750 ono also have an exedy twin plate to suit rb26 push type, plenty of meat left on it $990 ono peter 0407008651 (Note from the 23rd of feb till 6 march ill be overseas and phone off)
