  1. Right outer (attaches to the wheel hub) tie rod end. NI-48520-15U26. Cost 129.63 plus GST.
  2. Blacky, would like details so know who's not doing the right thing and spread the word.
  3. The cameras are set at the speed limit plus 10%. ie 80km/h zone camera set at 88km/h, 100km/h zone camera set at 110km/h. Then 1km/h gets droped off the recorded speed to allow for any allegation of camera error. Keep your speed under the the 10% and you'll be right.
  4. Running 10psi. Power curve gets a wavey at the top end, Ken & Glen say the only way to overcome that is to fit a Apexi aftermarket ecu.
  5. Got my beast back from the guys at Hyperdrive today. Got 3 inch turbo back system, FMIC and boost valve fitted. Very happy with the job. Power before mods was 205 rwhp and 255 rwhp after mods.
  6. Guys you gotta expect to be looked at when you're pulled over because the cars we drive standout from the norm and the cops know that we carry out mods. If you don't bother getting permits who's to blame. I agree that they shouldn't give you any extra attitude because you drive an import, but remember they are human and will react to any attitude you show them. When dealing with traffic cops be polite, your're on a hiding to nothing if you give them shit. My understanding is that any mod has to be within the ADR guidelines (ride heights, noise etc) and technically should have a permit unless the mod is a standard fit to a model of car in the same range. IE If you own a car that as an option had a larger wheel package available when new, you can fit wheels of that size without getting a permit. Always pays to check with licencing. Insurance is another issue. HBF told me that my car will be covered as long as all mods are permitted by licencing.
  7. I haven't particpated in a group buy before but am interested in 1 r33 front brace. How do I make payment?
  8. I was getting the same water in the boot problem. It turned out that some how the washer hose for the rear screen wiper had come off and evertime I wanted to wash the rear screen it was pumping the water straight into the boot. But if your rear washer is working ok, ie spraying onto the rear screen that won't be the cause of your problem.
  9. I got the rear caps off using a strap type filter remover but the front ones won't budge. Looks like I'll have to make some sort of spanner up.
  10. Thanks for the info I'll give them a call.
  11. I'm new to the Skyline brotherhood. Have recently purchased R33 sedan, which is fitted with Volk 17's (Don't know model, multispoke design) I need the plastic spanner that should have been supplied with the rim to remove the centre cap covering the wheel nuts. I've tried everybody on the left coast, is there an Australian distibutor in the east??
