so you can use poncams ok, and how have you found the gates belt to be noise wise ,any difference

so the stock belt is good for increased power boost etc

hey guys i am after a new timing belt but am unsture of what to get i have looked at the following: hks gates power enterprise tomei the gates seams the cheapest option, but i am after quality and do you guys get any extra noise associated with it. regards lee

yeah definatly fuel sender related happend in my hq coupe

standard is a low mount, but you can go high mount with the whole external wastgate thing but low is good looks kinda more stock if you change turbos they still stay in the same location, as for the ebay high and low manifolds they sean to be pretty crappy quality and dont line up real well with motor and turbo ,a few guys here have used a hish mount and lots of modfications were needed to make it fit, and the stock one presuming you staying with a low mount turbo setup is good for power over 300kw maybe more , i one did see som usa made ones one there and looked of good quaility very similer to the trust one. moral of the story ,stickwit what ya got

what controller are you running, and also and yes 7psi after 4500rpm if you have stock controller or 4-5psi before 4500rpm and the gauge is reading right 7+mmhg=1.0bar which is 14.5psi so half gauge is right, the stock gauge may be not so acurate as compared to a hks but and also do you have any mods.

everything is pluggen and new pipes the works , and the only damage was the guard on the front and the cnr of the front bar and the car id fully repaired now.

could be possible i would check all bolts first which i am sure you have done, and make sure you clean it all away to get a better inspection

hey guys i went down to see my car about 4 or so days ago and saw my car now they were moving the car in and out fo the factory each morining and night and so more as well, now i notice the air flow meter was not hooked up or there and the hose from the top cooler pipe to the waste gate was not there either, now i went down today and they siad it run out of fuel on idle and so they filled it up and now it runs crap and just stall and willnot cleanly rev like you hold it at 2500 or 3000 and it not like what is used to be and i have some noise in the area or my cams and timing case which i never had whole thing just sounds really bad ,now first the car shoulnt run whith out the af meter and no hose on the wastegate i could only imagine, now i spoke to my mechaninc and told him he siad could be a dead meter or fowed plug(s) or vacume leak , now it has a new hks cooler kit, so i am wondering has some one drivin my car and Ducked it no for people who dont know i crashed my car and i stuffed my fmic and guard etc and some side panels 1/4 etc not pretty. now could a hard impact stuff af meter cause it did hit there and break a mount on my airbox, and bent cooler pipes and put holes in it .now is was dirty and dust grassy crap in my engine bay after accient from shrubs etc so could this have gotten sucked up and done bad stuff, the car was drivin about 5 or so ks to a friend place ,so could that have done something to anything. any advice would be great just trying to figure out if the panel shop has stuffed my car

but isnt there a problem with reusable oil filters because it can interfear with airflow meters

reason being i would like to catch up with some fellow skyliners, go for cruises ,clubs etc my name is lee and i am 21 and live in rosebud. and i am like 1 of 3 series 2 lines down here and that from frankston to rye so not many down here. not much fun cruising with commos as you carnt reall chat to them about turbo and that sort of thing, they just dont understand the tunner culture hehe and way boys and girls let us know

krysiu hast the r spec and i looked at it before i got my trust power extream II, and yes the blitz does have a nice note but is a bit louder and may not be realy legal due to being to loud ,but just cruising around will be much quiter that on boost anyway so it might not even pose a problem, but any way you go the jap exhaust is the way.

would say some 6mm o.d hose will dojust take a sample from you waste gate actuator and that will be what you will need ,but make sure you trial fit first cars my wastegate take slightly larger diamter hose than my boost controller ,there isnt much in it but i went down one size and it is all nice and tight

atm i am using my airbox with my cooler, boost controller well yeah need to hide him better

yeah see atm i am geting say 500 or so per tank using ultimate ,and jsut basic mods 10psi, cooler, exhaust, clutch etc.
