Ive got a set of 17x9 rims on my 32 GTR. Got 2 new Bridgestone s-03 on the front and some worn G3 on the rear , I'm keen on some 18's in the near future and dont want to spend another $450 a tyre for the 17x255 to match those ive got. Thinking of getting a set of 4 nankangs and taking the basically new bridgestones off. My GTR is a sensible daily driver, just wondering whether people have had or not had probs using them on the road...guess my main concern is some wet weather with winter approaching. Im aware of the "you get what you pay for" angle but I want 18's and dont want to waste on getting top quality tyres before selling the 17's off.... Any help would be great. cheers. Tom.

cheers...didnt think it would be real hard. Dont need a mega upgrade, im no street racer but there is definitely the w@nk factor of putting brembos on!!! Peeking through the rims....Lovin it! Will have to keep an eye out.

as the title says Im semi interested in some 33 GTR brembos for the 32. How difficult is it to make them fit on a 32 GTR? Are we talking crazy adapters etc or some reasonably minor mods to make them fit? Would i be able to keep my rotors, etc...? Any help from anyone who's done it or knows whats involved would be great.... Cheers in advance...

gday just wondering what peoples have replaced their old fuel filters with? Do I just get one from Nissan or is there a ryco, etc that I can get and use??? Im also assuming it's located in the engine bay? Basically in front of the driver and with a spring clamp on the left side of the body? Any help would be great. Tom

I saw a tub full of 32 indicators down at Import Spares on the weekend. Not sure what nick the ones left are but you might get lucky....They were doing some gd prices too...

Filled mine up with Nissan D matic from the local Nissan dealer. Should check to see if your torque gauge is still moving also, hopefully not the pump that's no good or a leak somewhere? If it was empty there's a good chance there is a leak though....

Need some new sparks for my 32 GTR. It's only mildly modded with just high flowed turbos, filters and exhaust and running stock boost for the moment. There's prolly a post on here already but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction from what theyve found to be good.... Any help would be great. Cheers. Tom.

Mate i know the pain of having the car waiting in the driveway for a month for regency, it sucks! I brought my gtr over from Vic so if you've got any questions about regency feel free to send me a pm and i'll be happy to help out.

I agree, pay a couple extra bucks and take it to a proper locksmith. I bought a couple genuine GTR keys from overseas and got them cut and they work perfect. You dont want to mess up a genuine key.

I was keen to get out but didnt get a chance. Sounds like it was a good night, will have to come out for the next one. Anymore cruises planned before the New Year?

I had mine done at extensive and they fixed up some minor guttering and scratches and now look like new. About $150 a rim i think, I recommend their work for sure.

i had to do the exact same thing, in fact I was actually going to look at the car you bought but the dude never answered so i ended up getting another GTR in Vic. If you've got any specific questions pm me and i'll be happy to pass on what happened to get my car through. tom

will the design be an exact version of the factory one but in a new material? What colour does it get made in? Is it flat and shiny or have the matt look and "grain" that the standard nissan lip has. cheers tom
