    ive just made the purchase of a td06 with the 8cm housing. waiting for my manifold to show up then i can stick it all together and see what all the comotion is all about

    sounds bout right, 70 beans to machine the flywheel if sent out. we charge anywhere between 300 and 500 depending on car, whether it has exhaust/extractors in the way, if its 4wd etc etc etc. what have you been quoted?

    usually they engage an inch or so before the top of pedal travel. on most standard cars anyway

    if theres fluid weeping out the master cylinder its buggered. nw ones are cheap just get one replace the old unit an bleed the thing

    ok then. if you want to get a new clutch id go for the h/d cushioned button one. handles my 300hp, woman can drive it feels like a standard one. if you've got a twin plate one in there atm i'd pull the box out find out wat brand and i'f i liked the drivability of the unit get new parts to rebuild it if you can

    have you done a compression test on the engine. i had a falcon show the same symptons,thought it was the transmission turns out it was head gasket after i did a comp test.
