So what do you guys want? Pics of it the docks? Pics of it the race track? Pics of it being shown off to a crowd of a few hundred including what we are sure was Nissan employees? Pics of it cruising the streets? Video clips (albiet nokia quality) ? There is going to be a major story in a National publication shortly about them on Aussie soil - will they chase the magazine for info? Ill post a full on reply later, but Nissan Australia can go jump as far as Im concerned. They deserted fans in 1992 and now 16 years later are trying to stop those who have continued to help keep the GTR legend alive in this country. Not going to happen.

Chris there is enough claims in here to run a day of our GTR lives soap for a year. Lets wait for something concrete from nissan.

They have another black one coming, so two black R35 GTR's will form the Fabcar racing team.

I believe some people need to lay off the crack pipe. Here is a novel idea, until Nissan Australia.. not your mates dad, or your uncles cousins brothers sisters dog walker, or the bloke who knows some dude at nissan, or what you read on some other crack pipe thread on a forum... until Nissan Australia come out with a date and a price, why dont we all agree that we dont have the slightest idea on what is going on.

Most certainly a V6. Massive thanks to Fabcar for the invite tonight. Huge crowd, with many of the big names in local motorsport, media and motoring all in attendance. One noteable exception was Kim Ledger, and special mention was made for the man who many there are close friends with in this incredibly difficult time. Fabcar announced a two car team... yes thats right, there is 2nd one waiting to go to be driven by local rally legend Tolli Chalis, along with Fabcar being official supplier of cars for Targa West 2008, and an all new website. Good to see them going from strength to strength and with 35 years experience in the import game, it is certainly showing. Also a massive thanks to Fabcar, in particular Frank, Steve and B0BB0 for allowing me access to the car in the days leading up to tonight - I cannot say how much of an honor it is for me to have been allowed to touch, play and take pics of this thing. A full story will be in PSC next issue I pray, so it could well be an exclusive for an Aussie publication on Aussie soil. Heres just a few of the pics from the last couple of days, I had been gagging ever so slightly to put some up but respected the wishes of those who gave me the chance to see the car anyhow. This was the channel 10 guys who came to film it on monday arvo before yesterdays news story, they were in awe. Its nearly 2am so this will do for now, more pics soon.

The bonnet is double latching to meet euro saftey standards, id say the right side hasnt been pushed down fully, nothing else looks out of wack.

I believe its been moved from where I saw it as of this morning. Shame really.

I found the thing by pure chance, raced home and got the camera for some snaps... thank goodness i run a 400mm lens. It looks SO hot in person

We all know Just Jap's has been lauded as the #1 ... but we cant be sure how long this has been here for. Time to do some research. Can any of the eastern states guys verify when the white one arrived?
