Hey guys. I've decided to part with my (VIC) number plates that I've owned since I was 15. Obviously they say STAWKA (Stalker). They have been on my RX7 and my R32 Skyline and was going to put them on my S15 but I just found out that my gearbox may be on it's way so I need the money. I've seen plenty of shitty plates go in the 1000's, so i'm putting mine up for $1,000 but throw me an offer. Please don't lowball me and say $300, cheers. Pics can be seen HERE if need be

Didn't realize there would be so much sarcasm from this thread. Though I did always believe Skyline drivers were over 18, one could think otherwise after browsing through the thread. Can we keep it on topic please? I was asking for tips and assistance, not for clowns to give their best joke of the day.

You could, but they're a bit too expensive. In the 30's no? Plus I LOVE the R32

Thanks for the help fellas.Say I was to find a 32R with a freshly rebuilt motor, how long would it last if it was regularly serviced etc, with the occasional hammering? May seem like a stupid question, but i'm trying to do a bit of research so I don't get too deep in a mess

Hey guys.Not sure if this is in the right area but i'm sure some of you guys will help out. Here is the situation... I just sold my Merc and have about $20K to play with. I've always loved my R32's but only had a GTST. I wanted a GTR but couldn't afford it. The only thing that stopped me from getting a GTR a year back was the fact that I don't know much about cars mechanically. I'm a gun driver, but when it comes to repairs and maintenance, i'm useless. So I thought - play it safe, get a car with balls and looks good but with 'less headaches' ---- Get a Monaro CV8. Now every time I see a 32 on the roads I still Jizz in my Pants Now if I was to save up some more cash and get a 32 GTR with a freshly rebuilt motor, what other stuff could go wrong with the car that will set me back a few grand? I know a blown motor costs a shitload to rebuild and REALLY don't want to deal with that sort of stuff, and little things here and there will go wrong with every car, but being an '89-'93 model car it is pretty old and things will go from time to time. So with the fact that i'm not a mechanical genius and only know how to drive the damn things (pretty good too), what do YOU think I should do? The R34 GT-T doesn't have the balls and I have to keep spending on it to make it quick (and cops will stick it to me everywhere I go), the Monaro is a bit boring, the GTR is awesome but a bit old and fragile -- or was even thinking about a Toyota Chaser Cheers for any help fellas.

Update: I just got the car back from my mechanic. Just got an original Mercedes Exhaust fitted as the muffler from the old one was rattling a little - also got the lights completely polished and refitted which cost me a total of $850. Will keep the car at the original price though.

Is the market REALLY this bad? f*k!!!!! I've been trying to sell or trade the Merc in my sig for the last 3 months, can't seem to find a serious enough buyer. For the price you're selling the car, you can't even get a decent looking R33 this good. Either take it to an auction yard and get the money you want for it, or hold on tight. I've got it advertised in other places as well. Some people are over the "hotted up car scene" while others are settling down because of a wife/baby - which is why I also put it up here. I've had some interest for swaps, but nothing too serious - which is why I dropped the price. Cheers anyways though

Bump! I've had some pretty good interest over the last week or so and even some good offers - not really a GTR offer though. I'm looking for a GTR - either an R32 or R33. Either need to trade this in for a weekend car (GTR), or sell it and pay for my trip overseas with cash. Give me an offer - throw it at me (Just be reasonable)!!!!!
