  1. Hehehehe, looks remarkably similar to my suggestion.
  2. He is a trader on SAU. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Re...no-t210097.html My old 33 was remapped by Toshi, was the best money I spent on that car.
  3. If what you have listed is as far as you are going to take your car, I suggest the following; Swaybars, pineapples, adjustable bushes (camber & caster), & hicas lock bar $1k Brake pads and braided lines $400 R34 Gtt side mount intercooler $150 Turbotech boost controller $30 Turboback exhaust (I would go for a custom or second hand jap) $1k Toshi ECU remap $400 All up $2980 Bang for bucks in terms of handling, braking and grunt.
  4. Nice work Sidd, it only took two years after my initial recommendation? Look forward to seeing your dyno chart!
  5. Absolutely correct! Sorry, was just venting. Unfortunate thing is, you just never know. And if they were to cop a beating initally, it doesn't take a genius to work out that I'm not always home. I don't condone this whole 'sting operation' or 'stake out idea', cause if you have any kind of responsiblity or care in life, the thieves have an advantage over you immediately!
  6. Yep yep! My house, fkn cnts I got LOTS of insurance, and appropriate forms of alarms, immobilisers, switches etc... And NO, that isn't a challenge I hope for my sake I don't see these guys anywhere near my place again, don't particularly feel like facing a court on assault charges.
  7. What are the widths and offsets? Staggered size front to rear?
  8. I have purchased a car... not a GTR (still a Skyline but more of a thrash box) At this point I'm not looking anymore but may have another crack at it next year when I find more patience. Unfortunately looking for GTR's is too painstaking! After looking at ~25 cars, I ended up buying the first non GTR Skyline I looked at.
  9. I'll be in for the last group buy this year. I'm undecided on which rotors to go for though, can you pm me the delivered prices for both the slotted and the dimpled/slotted. Front and rear for R33 Gtst. Also, include the prices for Green and Red pads all round. Cheers!
  10. @ gtr fan - sorry bud, not after black. And thanks Mitch! Nice looking out. At this stage I'm seriously looking at importing one, but we'll see how it goes.
  11. The price is not the reason I'm missing out... The cars I've missed were already sold when I arrived to look at them. Further, please re-read my first post, I'm not looking for an 'immaculate' car. Just an original one that hasn't been stacked or bodged up. I've seen several cars that fit the description, including price, but they were not the colour I am after (including a straight and genuine V-spec II in the low 20s). Please only post if you have or know of a car, don't waste my time posting opinions. As I said, $18k is my target. Not my limit! A seller never heads out asking their minimum price, why would I!
  12. Hey Lucas, I'm interested in your car, I will call you tomorrow morning to chat about it. In the meantime, if you check this before hand... Where abouts are you located? who did the rebuild? do you have receipts? details on what the engine builder did in terms of oil control?
  13. Well, I'm hoping to find one at close to that price... but I can always pay more for a top notch car. $18k is my target! Thanks for the offer mate, but didn't you just buy that car from Hanyou? Why selling so quick and why upping the asking price by $3k?
  14. How come you still looking for skirts? I thought you have plenty in your wardrobe! Bumped back to the top
