Hi Hunsu, I will send some pics in the next few minutes. There are a couple of small stone chips/marks & there is scuffing on the bottom of the bar. However the indicators are there & should be working properly. There is one bolt hole (centre top that has a crack in it (see pic - I have marked it with blue texta). Let me know if you're still interested. Cheers, Chris

Manifold Questions for Garrett GT30
R33RWKW replied to R33RWKW's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Thanks discopotato03, I was going to get rid of the regulator, once I have the GT30, wastegate, dump/front pipes, injectors, PowerFC & Z32 AFM installed. I'm also seriously thinking of selling my Blitz Dual Sol. EBC (older style - not sure on model) & replacing it with the PowerFC Boost control set-up. I will most likely get rid of my Walbro pump & get a Bosch 044 or 040 - Then get a decent oil cooler aswell. There is still a chance for me to get the original HKS cast manifold I was looking at - other sale didn't go ahead. CHEERS, Chris -

Manifold Questions for Garrett GT30
R33RWKW replied to R33RWKW's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Sorry about the confusion, I bought the SAFC before my PowerFC, (Nengun Prices changed my mind) and will only be using the SAFC for the run in (until I have all the other gear on), I didn't want to fork out $$$ for extra Dyno tunes with the PowerFC. Once finished with SAFC - (500 -2000km's I'll put it up for sale. -
Manifold Questions for Garrett GT30
R33RWKW replied to R33RWKW's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Thanks Chris (Craved), Yeah I guess that is the better option - std turbo, SAFC, etc.. for 2000km's. - then tune everything else with PowerFC. I might as well have the manifold made up with the dump/front pipe. I was trying to get away with buying a existing manifold + dump/front pipe. I'm pretty new to engine mods. I was also looking for at those dump/front pipes in 1, but it might be safer just to get a split made up to suit my set up. Thanks, Chris -
Apexi PowerFC & Hand Controller - Buy from www.Nengun.com For R33 GTS-T series 1&2 I just bought mine for $1018.00 delivered to Melbourne,Victoria. There might be a little wait, as it will come directly from Japan & they just finished holidays over there. I havn't seen them anywhere cheaper, unless you buy second hand. Some people on the forum might have one for sale. Hope this helps. Cheers, Chris.

Hi all, Just looking for some feedback/advice for a good manifold to use with a Garrett GT30 BB Turbo with external Wastegate. I was after a good HKS cast one that seperates wastegate+exhaust gases , but missed out - someone beat me to it. I was thinking of a good quality low mount stainless steel manifold, but they are hard to find. I spoke to Sydneykid & R31Nismoid about this already. So can anyone give me any good ideas? I am only going to (if this is ok) run very minimal boost (7-9psi) for 2000km with PowerFC, GT30, Wastegate, Nismo injectors, Z32AFM, oil cooler (only after the initial 500km with std turbo, SAFC, Walbro fuel pump & Monza Rising rate Fuel reg. Because I'm running my engine in, so basicallly would it be ok to use the standard manifold for 2000kms using the Garrett GT30 (500hp), Wastegate, PowerFC, Nismo 550cc injectors, Z32AFM, Blitz Dual SOL. EBC (older style) & have boost right down + be soft on the pedal? or just wait to I find a suitable manifold after it's run 2000km - then tune everything? Sorry for the long post guys, but It would be great to hear about what your experieneces are with different manifolds for this turbo. Cheers Chris

WTF - $2G is a very cheap quote. One of the cheapest quotes I have heard of. Ali - Have you checked that Jap Car repairs have done alot of RB26 rebuilds? I'm not slandering anyone, but even with stock parts it seems to good to be true. But if I'm wrong people - let me know I just spent $6G on my RB25DET (oversize & ceramic coated Mahle Forged Pistons, shot peened/crack tested/linished GTR Rods, ARP VG30 bolts, ACL race bearings, O Ringed/honed/cleaned- Block, Crank checked & cleaned up, new valve springs, Greddy HD Timing Belt, headporting & polish & full balance & blueprint.

R33RWKW replied to grandmasterb's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Agreed. I think I saw a thread a while ago saying that a guy put one on his car & the turbo went out with a bang on the Dyno when he got it tuned!!! Buyers Beware - Don't waste your money on a peice of SHIT -
Cheap and nasty or do for now???
R33RWKW replied to grandmasterb's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
How long ago did he buy it? Did your mate get a warranty with it? If not I would still contact the seller & demand some (or all) the money back. You might not get far, but if this was a recent buy, go & make life hard for this seller the best you can buy reporting him to ebay & ask for advice from them. You might get some compensation from ebay, if it isn't to late. If you stilll have trouble, I think your mate has lost his money, if he want's to spend more on legal action - that's another option & there is one more other option to, but I won't mention it here because you & others already know what I mean. No one who knows about turbos will buy it, & it wouldn't be nice to rip anyone else especially after it's happened to your mate. Hope this Helps -
Hi everyone, Just would like to hear from anyone that has used these front & dump pipes in 1, & how good they are reliability/performance wise. I was thinking of buying two seperate stainless front & dump pipes for my car, or will this 2 in 1 setup work the same? I'm trying to find a good setup for a Garrett BB Gt30 (500hp) Turbo with 45mm Wastegate on a cast iron HKS manifold. Cheers Chris

I thought std wheels were 16" also, but might be only 15" on R32's - Can anyone confirm?, I have 18" on my R33 & havn't had any problems. Cheers Chris

R33RWKW replied to grandmasterb's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
If it's a CHEAP & NASTY Chinese rip off, you would be wasting your money. You should also check if this turbo comes with a decent warranty, especially if it's off ebay. I would spend your money on a decent brand name. Garrett turbos (T3 Flange) can be found at great prices, even new. If money is a issue, you could look at a rebuilt or very low km RB25DET Std turbo, which are a good upgrade for a RB20DET. Hope this helps. Cheers.
