nearly bought a S3 last year, even it's a 225hp tubro 4wd, it's don't go as hard as my skyline. so i don't think yr friend's a3 can touch u even mod, if he really does, install a boost controller! They are SO sweet! i want one!!

got a profec e-01 and works fine, but i heard the EVC are the best. They control the boost come smoother, closer to factory manner.

maybe they are too new, if u are looking at those BIG hp drag car, it's hard to see SAFC as well. I have a friend who own a 400hp@wheel Aristo V300 using a E-manage and he is happy with it.

it seems will be 1 of the best car down the track, from what i see from the JGTC - last year or 2 years b4. The N+ RS200 with the 3SGE get a result of No. 4 in the whole class. Beat the group 3, 4 bigger power car like S15, S2000. and it was only 1 sec slower than the group 1 R34 GTR

i guess, is200 -> is300tt(2jz-gte/1jz-gte)? well that was what i thinking everyday anyway i am towards 1J conversion as it's cheaper and my aim is only 400hp both of the engine will reach it easily but the problem is there is no factory fit 1JZ is200 only 2JZGE(N/A) is300 it seems stick with the 2JZ will give me better resale ability what do u guy think?

i do think my "family car" looks better than a lot of 180 i used to own a silvia, never look back. Skyline do give me more comfortable ride and room, at lease i won't feel embrass when i give a ride to somebody. 180 might be faster, but car is not all about speed else everyone are driving a done up RX2 or torana... they are great car, but skyline suit me better:burnout:

they are close to 800 each in japan this is the only price u got friend who buy them for u in jap which don't make profit plus shipping ($600?)and tax (15% custom plus 10%GST on top)(sure they will apply as such big item) asking $5000 is quite reasonable :uh-huh:

building a 11 sec gtr is not that expensive, but 10 sec is. the maintance of a 10 sec car is scary. btw,11 sec is more than enough and will be a big different again with yr commie. low to mid 11 sec - 2 x GT2530 tubro, intercooler, cams + cams gear, gasket, full exhaust system, injectors, fuel pump, Power Fc, clutch (somewhere around $20000-25000 ) not that much as i guess u have to spend similar or more to bring yr LS1 to 12.2 sec
