the other day i came back to my gtr it was parked at bunnings for only 5 mins. Someone popped the rear boot lock and actually took it. I heard from some people that they use it to create a key and seeing they got my number plates they can get my address then they simply come and take the car with a key in the night. Now my car isnt at home anymore at all and i dont even drive it. Just a warning to people for this new way of stealing cars ...

yeah i went to a place and they said $250 each for AFM's and you could only need to replace one . just do trial and error to find out which one your problem one is

anyone else had this problem before of the car running in safe mode all the time and randomly cutting out power without stalling ??

my turbo was a GCG turbo front cover was AR .70 and rear housing was .63 i got the turbo brand new but i think its also cause i had a custom plenum made which had a larger volume so this didnt help for the lag factor. But once it gets goin it sounds and goes awesome hehe

i had gtr injectors in my old rb20 pumping 260rwkw ... i thought they were 440cc

yeah my oil pressure gauge is sitting between 1 and 2 now where as before it would be between 2 and 3 ... very starnge although i heard the original gauge and sender arent very accurate anyway after being there for 16 years ... The machine was the snapon diagnostic tool , they plug it in under the dash of your car to a little port and it searchs through all your sensors and things and looks for faults

prepare youself for lag city hehe i built up my old rb20 with a big setup with still standard internals and it was alot of fun to drive when boost kicked in eventually hehe, here is mine i built. do you have cams ? i didnt get sull boost till about 5000 -5500rpm just so you know and can be prepared hehe !! have fun

mine is doing the exact same thing and its completely random and annoying me greatly !! its going fine then all of a sudden it just drops out and wont rev over 2500 rpm then i turn the car opff and back on and then its fine. I took it to a workshop they plugged in their machine to it and it came up AFM problem but i dunno if its just a dodgy wire or something... extremely annoying !!!!

a guy from silviansw.com had his s15 in there he wanted a price for it of say $35,000 ... it was there for a while then they called him up saying theres a lady here saying she is offering $29,000 for it and they talked him into it saying you wont sell it blah blah blah just let it go , so he let it go for $29,000. He got his $29,000 then 6 months later he saw the car driving and he went up to her and asked just out of interest how much did you pay for it and she said $35,000 ..... they pocketed 6 grand from the sale of his car on the sly and nothing he could do about it ... TRUE story
