  1. Before I start ripping interiour bits out of my car to have a look I thought I would ask, what is behind those panels on either side of the rear in a R33 coupe? Is there much room under there? Is anything that is in the way moveable? I have a few ideas I am toying with and would like to get some idea as to if they would work.

  3. totally stock atm just the way I wanted to get one really. Don't like the idea of any unwanted attention just yet so the mods will start with a pretty major SQ sound system and possibly a retrim. Then onto all the road holding and go fast bits which I am still researching. A full colour change along the track somewhere there as well, something like a black with deep purple pearl. By saying this I will probably get a scolding from the gf
  4. Just got back from driving around and out to a mates place. I am totally converted and very happy there is a -T on the end there
  5. Picked it up a bit over an hour ago :kewl: it's a 1995 R33 GTS-T in Silver as sold by skylinefan (who put a lot of effort in and put up with a lot ) on these very forums Absolutely wrapped with the car, love it. See you at Autosalon
  6. I know that config has been used on turbo charged Falcons so it can work, with a skyline I don't know.
  7. Shit all, the price of falcons has plummeted due to the BA's success. I know I owned 2
  8. Nice work mate. I should pick up my R33 GTS-T some time next week :headbang:
  9. whoa get the signature police... Interested in the exhaust, how many Ks would it have done? Is it mild or stainless? Can you post a pic?
  10. Glock requires an operator though
  11. Maybe it's just the pics but they look like two missmatched pairs?
  12. Well I was going to grab the 32 band EQ as well but thought it was a bit of overkill for me atm Not only does the DSP do surround but channel timing etc etc a lot more options to play with :headspin:
  13. No there isn't a power/weight in WA, and yes you can OWN a GTR you just can't DRIVE it on the road on your Ps (same with GTS-T, well you can just don't get caught).
  14. So far (as seen in Pyroay's SQ winning EL XR6 Turbo) Focal Utopia 3 way splits Pioneer DEX-P88R Headunit Pioneer DEQ9200 DSP Still deciding on amps, rear fill and a decent sub (currently just a pov Pioneer 12"). Probably chuck some ambient tweeters up and put the Utopias in custom door pods. All still in the planning stage as I am yet to pick up my skyline.
  15. Nice wheels at a pretty good price. Will be looking for something like this but unfortunately in a couple of months. The Focal Utopias, HU, DSP etc are going in first
  16. race seat, harness, no trim, wires hanging out, digital guages etc
  17. I'm with this guy
  18. No one mentioned getting a 1989/90/91 GT-R for $20k? Maybe you can't get them for that in Brisneyland. Getting a 1995 GTS25-T ~90k kms completely stock in great nick (fully tested, compression, leak down etc) for $14500 on road (well my onroads are more but are paid for me )
  19. I am buying a R33 GTS-T auto as well and I did notice they have a higher 'hey I'm going fast' point than most cars I drove. Manual is not really an option for me, I'm too lazy to be shifting all the time in the mountains here
  20. I might just be the proud owner of this Silver GTS-T in the near future . Skylinefan has proven to be a honest, reasonable and very helpful bloke.
  21. http://fordforums.com.au/forumdisplay.php?f=33 That should give you an idea, some running 11.5s without the ECU edit Good cars, strong engines and being 4L can pump a large turbo with little to no lag. In many cases the XR6T is faster than the Typhoon (even when it doesn't blow the clutch ).
  22. Those wheels just scream "scrape me"
  23. where the hell is maroubra? mmm xp hard top, got any pics?
