  1. Isn't 14.4 what these things run at standard? Just curious... Please email pics to me at oath_none at hotmail.com
  2. Will a slightly torn drivers seat pass a blueslip? Or if I patch it up will that allow it to pass? It's a bride seat that came with the car and it'd seem a waste to get rid of it just because it has 2 tiny tears that are about 5cm long.
  3. Is there anyway to make the stock R32 BOV an atmo? I wouldn't mind a little PSSSSH sound, without the added expense of going aftermarket.
  4. Okay so if I can find the right kind of adaptor I can just weld it on, and the aftermarket BOV will bolt straight onto it? Can anyone please clarify, plumback is where the air is recirculated, whereas atmo is where the air is just vented out? I was reading that plumback didn't offer any performance gain, is that true?
  5. Heh yeah unfortunetly it arrived pretty cracked, either before or during shipping i'm not sure =/ So i've had to replace the front bar with a vertex and remove the side skirts till I can afford some new ones
  6. My '89 R32 Gtst in Japan a few months ago. Its since been complianced and is going for its RWC soon. Have replaced the wheels and front bar, removed side skirts.
  7. How does it compare as an RB20 upgrade, as opposed to the RB25 turbo?
  8. I'm interested in a Greddy Type RS... How hard is it to install one of these? I have an R32 Gts-t.
  9. How much would freight be to NSW roughly? If it's reasonable I'll take the RB25 Turbo.
  10. Will R32 GTR injectors go straight into an RB20DET? Will I need a new fuel rail? Edit: Nm just read they're a direct fit but will need a resistor pack. Others are selling/sold for $300... So i'll offer that if you're interested + postage to me in NSW.
  11. I'm in the same position as you blackrb20silvia... My fresh r32 gts-t import has a fair few mods and stuff done to it but is still running the standard ECU as far as I know. I've been tossing up between getting it remapped, or going straight for the AP Engineering ApeXi Power FC (Which I'll need one day anyway, and will provide better tune-ability than the factory ecu) They way I figure it... I can either get the factory ECU remapped ($700 or so) or buy the Power FC ($1150 without handcontroller) + maybe $600 for tuning. If you plan on upgrading the ECU anyway I reckon you're better off going straight for an aftermarket one, otherwise you're effectively throwing $700 out the window. I'm in the process of getting quotes for the Power FC install and tune, as i'm leaning towards this option. Edit: There's an article in a Zoom magazine I have (All about tuning and upgrading your r32 gtst. stock->160rwkw->220rwkw->250+), says the factory ECU can still be used for up to 220rwKW, but you'll need something like a Z32 airflow metre to go with it? I'm not too sure here, bit beyond my level of experience
  12. Can someone name the broker? Or pm me the name I paid $1100 for my brokerage and the car i got was certainly beneath par of what I was led to believe it'd be... Just wondering if it's the same mob.
