  1. My mate who ran 11.9 redlines the car and pop's the clutch ( 8200) .. his clutch died out after 10 runs. done 2 clutch in 1 month but ey he ran 11's std GTR!

  3. Welll, I am just here to say something... My fren has a std GTR.. He ran constant 11.94 @ 114/113MPH. 3" front , stock Dump pipe. 4" cat back. Blitz Twin Entry Intercooler ARC Airbox 17psi boost. 255 street tyres on 18" rims. With wider tyres say 275 he will get better traction.. but there expensive:) Which is why i think that time of 11.7 is not impressive. Mind you its still got std ecu. He is going to get Power FC and a custom dump pipe setup with intercooler water spray, he is aiming for 11.7 @ 116mph. Will keep youse up to date.
  4. Found out the problem, the fuel pump was dead. I replaced it with a standard one! Johnn
  5. How do i test them? The car used to idle lumpy and used to rev @ 2000rpm by itself sometimes and alos rev;s used to go up and down on idle.. now as you guys know the car doesnt srart... how do i test coil packs? Thank

  10. How can the crank angle sensor be fixed? What is a crank angle sensor? WHere is it located? Do i have to buy a new one or "retune it" Who can do this work? Thanks Nismoid

  12. Well well well its time for some headaches. The car was running but when i started it sounded like a V8 car like it was misfiring. Suddenly it stopped 1 hour later and was souding like an RB after 1 hour of driving. Then a few days later after driving it it was having problems starting it.. slowly slowly getting worse on starting it so i had to get it push started to get it running. I was running low on fuel b4 it started playing up? Not sure if this will effect it. I instantly thought my plugs where dead since they looks nasty and where very old. I replaced the plugs just then with BCP6E plugs NGK (x6) and the car still wont start. The coil pack plugs are all cracked and half missing plastic on them. Why isnt the car starting? I havnt tried to push start it yet as i dont see it making a differnce? Is it the plugs really? but its still not starting? If anyone knows what happend to this beutiful 5spd RB20DET Cefiro please let me know. John Cambell
