$44 to measure the db or to do the defect clearing(blueslip) Would i just take the read out to the rta to prove the car isn't defective ? I will still need a blue slip to clear the air filter ,i've boxed it so it should be sweet! Might do some research on getting it engineered to avoid defects

NSW defected for exhaust and filter ,I made a box out of stainless and got 2 weeks to get this defect cleared. "It looks loud " so now apparently it's up to me to find out if its under 90db or return it to stock!!! aT 4000 RPM ,PRETTY SURE THATS WHEN THEY MEASURE IT ,ITS NOT THAT LOUD AT 4000RPM . Any ideas how loud 90 db is or where to get it measured in NSW without going to the epa ,i can get it measured there but then they will probably fine me if its over ! So any help would be appreciated or PM of where i can get bodgy blue slip in Sydney. thanks fellas

Air Flow Meter Mate i had exact problem apparently oil based HKS filters are no good to air flow meters . Good luck "I'm always right "

Check the hoses which go on to the inlet for the turbo where the blow off valve vents back to the front of the turbow mine was letting air in as there were no clamps on the hoses and also make sure afm is plugged in right don't laugh i left mine off once idled crap but could still drive and boost but had no go off boost , good luck champ

Honestly there is no need for a boosted skyline on your red P's If you got one, say thankyou to your Mum for cutting your life short. If you got a skyline and you don't hammer it occaasionally on Sydney Roads your full of shit . Buy an excel and enjoy the fuel economy and expand on your driving skills ,judging looking ahead at whats up ahead of you and what other drivers are doing ,Instead of gazing at your boost gauge and Monster Tacho bro. I think i got what you want ,is it the pipe that goes onto the throttle body with the blowoff valve or are you talkin abt the pipe off the turbo that bolts to the turbow. Laterz

Hey dudes got some r33 gtst series 2 turbo gear for sale .Sydney buyers prefered T3 turbo from series 2 motor including hot pipe ,oil and waterlines minus the oil return to sump ,also have the 3 inch dump ,but will have to cut it off as its the downpipe aswell which i need . $600 Turbo manifold $200 Intercooler front mount used for a few months ,made 190 at wheels with the above turbo and standard ecu.450x250x70 its got polished bash plates around it originally from GCG $250 will bolt straight on to r33 Also 1.00 rear housing brand new, P Trim ,Garrett ,T3 Flange $150 Also got a set of brand new civic coupe altezza tail lights in box $200 Sydney buyers preferred , Laterz

Hey dudes problem solved, replaced fuel pump reset ecu car is running sweet just misfiring now and running rich now ,Put on dyno again Put my tuners coil loom and coils in and the car ran fine didn't miss a heart beat. So i am chasing the coil loom $45 from jap wrecker and gonna splurge on the splitfire coils for just under $600(import places want $75to $100 each.Iscored 6 for $50 off a mate but for standard ones which will keep playin up and can't run more than 0.8m gap on the plugs Now running rich so gonna check out o2 sensor and save for apexi fc! Fuel Filter changed aweek ago! the pressure gauge was connected just b4 the fuel reg.so don't think anything to do with injectors. Not sure but the line on the dyno graph for afr shot up when the car was missing ,leaning out!my tuner said it's leaning out pretty bad!!! gonna hassle him tomorrow to work out the prob after all he wasted my $250 on a fuel pump :wassup:

96 model excel with full body kit 02 hyundai Accent slammed on 17's current ride r32 gtst on r33 wheels The girl cars were good on petrol and reliable. Skyline still isn't goin properly the 89 has got more factory options then the 02 model

Maybe .......where is the FPCM located? I will organise a volt meter to check it out ...though it will fluctuate any way wouldn't it. Done some research some ppl wire their pump so its on max all the time ,means wear out quicker but there is always plenty of fuel,the unused fuel just goes back to the tank. How would i know if my fuel reg is dead?

Fellow Skyline owners, The car in question is a r32 GTS-T.Car is misfiring above 4000rpm.Changed cracked coils still doing it . So paid $80 for dyno run.... OUTCOME!!Running dangerously lean when on boost 11psi 4000rpm which is causing the feel of misfiring. connected pressure gauge up to to fuel line still on dyno ,sure enough fuel pressure drops at 4000rpm when the car runs lean!! Okay drive with no boost till the walbro 500hp fuel pump comes in ! Mission accomplished fuel pump put in (2 days waiting)........But wait still missing !! What do i check next .......Dyno guy closed till Monday I'm thinking fuel lines under the car ??Testing to see if pump recieving 12V Note:fuel filter and fuel hoses in engine bay replaced last week! Anything else i should inspect????? Thanx in advance

Mine doesn't like going into first either! I just (whilst stuck at lights ) try to go in first rarely goes in so i proceed straight to forth (clunk sound )then go in first goes in str8 away. Also as pushin up to first ,firmly till won't go in any more .give it a rev. As for putting in neutral and it still in gear"start puttin $100 bucks aweek away......you will be needing it!!! :Bang:

Not sure if any good to you but i got a brand new T4 with 1.00 back housing ,front is .60 or .63 ,brand new Garett in box $700
