I remember seeing a thread about this a while ago, but my search turned up fruitless please don't kick me for posting this up again. Also, if there is anything here I have said that is wrong or dumb, please correct me by all means.
Just got an Oil Catch Can which appears to be hollow = "unbaffled"? Reading up on it, this means that the can is pretty much pointless ~ not good!
Someone said that steel wool in a stocking stuffed inside will solve this problem. Is this what baffling is? If so, what type of steel wool - what type of stocking And is it literally as easy as stuffing it into the can somehow?

PS: Some of the cans I have seen have a filter on the top of it... does this filter have a purpose? I might think about modifying the can to fit a small K&N in there as well (good/bad, you tell me)
