hey mate cheers for the comments, im staying around 600hp on dyno and 500hp at street and i know the box wont be too crash hot but we will have to wait and see so would 2540s we worth going over 2530s because of the horsepower target im chasing and the fact it will be 2.7L (bugger all increase i know)? decisions decisions thanks Brad

hey guys i got a set of gtr turbos rebuilt a while back and i dont know stats exactly but only a part number of 431876-88 nissan turbo gt25 x 2 is what the receipts say. any idea on the wheel sizes and what turbos its similair too, i know its got steel wheels, and 360 degree thrust bearings, and bigger wheels, thats all. oh and also 0.48 housings any info appreciated cheers Brad

hehe, yer its gonna abit of a shocker for other road users in its path :lol: im just deciding on turbo choice at the moment and the engine is being machined and head also for the high lift cams, hoping to get engine block etc back in about 2 weeks, and then just gotta reassemble. its either big single and options are: hks t04z garret t04z 0.86 or maybe 1.06 garret gt35/40r 0.86 or 1.06 garret gt40r 0.86 or maybe something will come up for sale of a diferent variety, i still havent totally ruled out twin low mounts. options are: hks 2530s hks 2540s garret 2560r r34 n1 0.64 BB twins hks gt-ss (bit small maybe?) hks gtr-s (bit large maybe?) i still have same power goal of 500rwhp on reasonable boost and on higher boost capable of close to if not 600rwhp or abit higher so whats the pros and cons of each and considering the parts list im using how it suits my needs? thanks Brad

on a similiar note, would a smaller turbo choice like a gt35 still pull solid to 10000rpm redline? or will it flatten out at 8000rpm or something? cheers Brad

hahah dead right, but it will give ya abit of weight out of the car i wieghed my stagea with subs and amps in car and no driver it got 1800kg didnt take long, just be careful and dont break plastic clips off

hey ska ive had the entire dash apart in my staj heres a piccy, its not very fun, theres 2 screws on the top of the dash on each side under 2 little covers the size of 10c pieces, and the rest are easy to find, just abit of pissin around goodluck, and just remember what goes where and in what order if ya get stuck give me a PM and i can assist if i can cheers Brad

thats cool then, i did only want the option of goin to 300mm for looks at a car show or something, not for everyday use, the exhuast is about 90mm off the ground now so i aint got much clearance can u work out the exact price of the stuff: whiteline springs x 4 = $288 bilstein shocks x 4 = $952 rear adjustable swaybar x 1 = $219 (ive already got a front swaybar) caster (front only) = $110 camber (full set) = $395 subframe alignment = $105 total of $2069 (free shipping) - 5% so does $1965.55c delivered sound right? plus need cost of grooves down to 300mm also and remembering shocks are fork gtr style well ill be ordering the kit in the next week or two thanks for the info Brad

i was wondering wether you can get grooves down to 300mm from centre of wheel to gaurd, as 350mm is way too high and leaves the tyres to gaurd clearance of like 2 inches i dont want no 4wd lookin wagon even if it is cheers Brad

ok front dumps fit stock turbos no problem, they are single 3" design (not seperate wastegate pipe, etc) and ill take some pics today and post them here in an hour or so buyers pay postage, ill try and find out cost cheers Brad

hey guys well ive sent J4H012 a PM and no i dont have a starter motor sorry and lwells, im not 100% sure on specs, the receipts have a part number 04431876-88 nissan turbo x 2 they do have 360 degree thrust bearings, and steel wheels and highflowed to nismo specs is what the shop said. Dynamic Turbo services did the rebuild which is an Australian wide company. thanks Brad
