  1. Well I picked a good day to have leave. Oil spill at the port. My site, didn't have to spend all day out there doing very little while the firies did their thing. Win. Will probably have to go tomorrow though>_>
  2. That's the one! Also can't beleive you guys use heiffer creek road as a play ground. Last time I was there it was scary as f**k. It was a goat track with semis on the wrong side of the road every second corner. Must have fixed it up a bit since then.
  3. Doh, I had such a hoard of shit like that in my garage, dumped most of it when we moved About all I have left is some braided lines, but you would need fittings anyway so its not really worth it.
  4. Chris is spot on. As well as getting the brakes the v spec also got the r33 crank. I have a 33 crank too. On the topic of exploding manifolds, anyone remember when Rhys McGreggor did it on the heat treatments GTR at jambo? Put a huge reverse don't in the bonnet.
  5. Baths can be hard work.
  6. Burritos for dinner here! Home made styles.
  7. I hate computers with a passion~
  8. I actually dont think it will work from an ease point of view and also quite possibly a cost point of view (Have seen whole NEOs go for 1100 ish) but after you are done you will know a whole lot more about the car which is good. Nah not so much the R32, it was a series of unfortunate events and shit workshops. The Sil80 was the one where we spent endless time screwing around trying to get factory bits to work ect ect. Not lots of money, just countless hours finding parts lol
  9. Though I will say the chosen method seems likely to give you more pains in the ass than normal but Anna and I learned a hell of a lot form our pain in the ass project that could have been done easier.
  10. I am sure it will be ok after many a pain in the ass
  11. cool should be good in the end
  12. In other news if things fall my way I may have my new ECU sooner than I thought possible! Looking forward to making decent power at last!
  13. fair enough.
  14. Actually it's not a 34 turbo is a 33 hi flow turbo. Will still bolt up.
  15. Sorry. Slang for tightass among my mates haha. Yeah fair enough. I reckon all those odds and ends are going to end up costing just as much as a whole new engine :s people want silly money for r34 turbos in particular. Did you see the hiflowed 34 turbo in the four sale section? Only 600. Pretty good considering a stock one will probably cost 300
  16. Ahh I see. The toit method, like it. How do n/a injectors compare to turbo ones? Do you need the turbo ecu too?
  17. What's the plan for oil and water lines? gonna get the makita out and tap that shit yourself? Going stock lines or braided?
  18. I am always amazed that they don't even do breakfast, and do coffee instead, yet charge more for their happy laps and get more people along. They must make a mint every time.
  19. And make a tidy personal profit!
  20. *backs out of the room*
  21. Well you don't go to hoggies for the steak. It's shite.
  22. You are only learning this now?
