Nissan skyline r33 series2 181.1 RWKW 2.5 INCH EXHAUST POD WITH HEAT SHIELD FRONT MOUNT BOOST CONTROLLER

When my car (r-33)is running , every now and then i hear that my clutch makes some rather mild noise (as if there is some shaft play) but there is a catch to it, as soon as i press the clutch pedal even if lightly pressed, the noise goes away, then comes back etc. Any ideas what the issues would be? By the way clutch enages perfectly no probs whatsoever, it's just that noise makes me frustrated Any edvices as what it would be

My r33 headlight PARKER LIGHT IS NOT WORKING (the little one next to the front side guard).I am just wondering whether it would be a globe that is buggered or it is a fuse.If its a globe how do i take it out as i didnt seem to see and connections to it as there is to the main headlight. Any advise would be much appreciated

My Front parker light on r-33(the little one on the side next to the side front guard) is not working.So i am assuming it is a globe or maybe a fuse, not usre.If it is a globe how do i pull it out as there seem to be no connection to as there is to the main headlight globe. What should i do and how do i replace it? Thanks

Now i know this might sound silly and has posssibly been covered 1000 times, but my parker light on r-33 (the little one next to the front side guard) is not working.I had a close look and could not clearly see a globe .Now this maight be the case coz i havent taken the headlight off.What i am wondering is whether it would be the fuse? or if not how do i take the side globe off. thanks

I can assure you that it is RX7 Spirit R (1500 ever made).It has all the logos and emblems. more then that has the serial number.Dont remember the number but it goes something like ".... out of 1500" or something.

Look, not too crazy about IS300 too slow for my tatse, and has not got the looks and uniqueness to RX(still a damn mighty car dont get me wrong). 6 months ago i let 300zx tt go (no i didnt let it go coz it was crap, it cost me over $25grands and was fab to drive) and since then have missed having 2 cars, so i have thought about buying RX7 for a long time.I's finally hitting me.Hopefully i can talk down the price a little bit as i saw Prestige doing Rx7 VI 2000 fully complianced for 35.000 (i know it's not spirit R). We'll see how we go

Exellent Car, well built and has the looks as well. I always find it funny when individuals tend to put r32 in front, anyhow each to their own. It has the a really fast spool time thanks to nylon turbine which virtualy is the same as r34 material wise.With minimal mods like zorst, boost, pod - cold intake and decent tune you should be seen making between 170-185 rwkw.

I was wondering if you guys could shed some light to my question. I know that this topic was partly covered before but anyhow. Appart from my beloved skyline i am thinking of getting another car, and was considering Mazda RX7 Spirit - Limited edition (i think ther is only 1500 made world wide) How would you guys rate it performance wise and is a good bang for buck? Is it worth while spending 40 or so grands for it say in comparison to EVO 8 ETC. i LOVE SKYLINE AND THAT WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST love so threfore will never selll it, BUT I have always wanted to have 2 performance cars in my garage.Is it true that rebuilt is a must every 3-5 years regardless of modifying it or not.Also how would you rate it.Please help me come up with as realistic picture about it as possible Thanks

My r33 oil gauge doesnt work properly.What is basicaly happening is that when car is off, pointer sits 1/2 way, when car is on it goes to the second last lane on the gauge.What do you guys think might be a problem and what can be done to fix it? By the way, when i'm driving in an exited manner it doesnt mve up nor down Any assisstance would be great Cheers Black R

Justa quick question regarding a few guys bagging 300zx.Have you actually had one? And if you did, how much you spent on it? Please dont just post and say 300 suck without technically backing it up.Sucks by what?, how, what is wrong with it? Ok i know what you gonna say"engine is cramped, it overheats, small back room etc, etc. All of the above and most of the problems are associated with the lack of the maintenance, not with the car coming crappy of the production lane. I'm currently driving a skyline, so please dont think that i am Z biased, not at all.tHIS IS THE THEORY IF YOU CHOOSE WISELY AND SPEND MORE, YOU ARE likely to get a good car (doesnt that work with most of the things in life? ) . Z is agrand tourer and technically is far more advanced then many nowadays cars, not to metion cars form an era when Z 32 was built. Just a reminder to most of the people, Z was suposed to be a flag ship of a company but was rightfully overtaken by skyline. One more time , dude if you've got the many i would not think for a second and would get 300, if not buy what you can afford or wait till you save up enough.Any how 300 will piss over ca18, r32 non turbo looks wise perfo4rmance wise handling wise. $15000 garnds should get you in adecent 300 these days as the prices have gone down.Go Aussie spec or speak to one of the reputable importers such as prestige, j-spec etc.These two should look after you very well. Dude All that b...s..t about 300 is not true.Well one thing is and that is that they are tigth to work with. But appart fromt that they are exellent car to have.Even N/A will pump out 163kw which is pretty cool, will give you alot of grunt and that sex appeal of 300zx that is quite rare. Yeah well they will cost a bit of money to look after if you buy a piece of s..t that cost you say under ten grands.Consider this, 300zx was over 80 grands when new and was aimed at the big fish like M3, AMG and Porsche so that is the reason as why some maintenace tasks will require more money then r32. 300 is a grand tourer, not your average Joe from around the corner.You cant expect to neglect it, mind you if you get a helathy one and believe me ther are a few around if you dont want to bite the bullet and imoprt. Service it regularly look after it , hook up some good exhaust, dumP pipe AND set of filters and you will be on a good path to keep up with some v8, not only that but smaller capacity turbo engines AS WELL. How do i know? Well easy i had one. Last but not the least, do not buy AUTO as reconditioning is very expensive (over $2000) go manual which will give you a rigid strenght box with second to none problems Cheers BLACK R

hI GUYS i'VE JUST FINISHED THE INSTALLATION OF THE GAUGE AND AM ONLY LEFT TO RUN THE HOSE THROUGH THE FIRE WALL WherEon the fire wall on r33 do i run the hose. I cant seem to find the hole. AM i SUPOSED TP DO ANY DRILLING?

I just purchased SPECO boost gauge and i am fiddling with it at the moment. now i know that i need to cut the vacuum hose next to the firewall and join the boost gauge hose to it. With electrical part i have two wires comming from the gauge, i assume that is for the illumination.Do i just hook it up to any light wire or there is any other way?

Hi guys just wondering if anyone has a photo of the boost controller installation (the one that Mark from turbotech sells) and the way it sits on R33.nOW I HAVE rad the topic regarding this but have not come accross the pictures.Just coz it is my first time i am installing it i would like to see it in a detail so i dont do any damage.
