just installed a new turbo on my RB20. the latest problem is a slight oil leak i cant get rid of, coming from the oil feed on the turbo side. iv tried new washers and material washers. And it still leaks so slightly. The bolt is a banjo bolt.. has any 1 had this problem before?

hey guys thanks for the help! for my oil drain i used a silicon style hose rated a 300 PSI and very think... i though it would do the job? i just used the standard rubber hose thats on the bottem of the block, cuz its got nerly a 90 deg bend. then used a steal bit of house in the middle and clamped it to the oil drain on the turbo! useing that new hose i brought! that was eazy! Trouble iv had? water leaking from the banjo bolts! (note for any 1 attempting this! buy new washers) after putting everything back together i turn it on... oil leaking from the feed line! on the banjo bolt!! so i tighten it up? leaks slower... tighten it again? leaks more! so the cars still at my mates work shop wating for me to buy some washers! should have it finished buy tomorrow! then on to the dyno! and for all the wankers befor! i dont want to take my car to a mechanic. i prefer to do all my own work! my car was compleatsly stock when i brought it, all work have been dun buy me! thanks!

hey i started installing my hks turbo 2day. i have pulled the stock turbo out compleatly. now just by looking at the 2 turbos side my side i can see that there very similer. just a question on the oil drain? how did u go about doing it? i have a new drain piece but its only about, 2 1/2 - 3 inches long. can i just add another hose there and clamp it? also at the bottem of the new turbo the water out is smaller. could i just link up a braided line? where can i get these from? any 1 who has done this installation please klet me know how u went about these last steps? thanks!

hey guys, i have purchased a hicas lock bar off a forum member. i want to install the bar my self i just cant seem to find an install guide for an R32 GTS-T. also was it only the bar i needed or are there extra lines and fittings that i need? Thanks

i had my car dynoed (R32 GTS-T) by dr. drift it made 146.9 rwkw but my air/fuel was to lean. so I brought a new Bocsh 040 intake fuel pump off a SAU member. Iv installed the pump but now it sounds like there’s air in the lines. It sounds like when u turn the hose on for the first time all the air getting pushed out of the hose. Any ideas on what this could be?

so how low should i mount it i also noticed that the 040 has thred on the top can i still hose clamp that?

how did u mount that sock? is it needed? also whats with the big hose? any1 eles? im realy stuck!

iv dun a search i cant find anything but just crap and a fiy for a GTR. its for an R32 GTS-T. post some pics on how low i need to mount it if u can! the car is in my garage not moving! lol

how low till it touches the 90 deg angel? or should i bend that and mount it lower?

hey guys on the standard fuel pump theres a little rubber bottem and a little sock attatched to install this 040 should i remove the sock all together? and how does it all come out... iv got the pump and everything outta the car! thanks

u could modify 1 easy just a bit of cutting and wireing

sounds like an AFM problem! car sort of bunny hops like its got no fuel then goes again... clean your AFM with carby cleaner. if that dont work try the AFM soldering there a DIYS here some were. or buy another 1. i just brought a used 1 and fixed my problem. hope this helps
