Soccer players take dives, no shit. It's no different to 90% of high tackle/holding the man/push in the back free kicks in the AFL. They exaggerate or in some cases flat out fake it in order to get a free kick. Sometimes fouls go unnoticed without the exaggeration, so you do what you have to do to make sure they don't.

Kind of like any AFL umpire that gets bumped and falls over like he's been shot in the brain... Particularity the one from the weekend just passed, can't remember what game it was but after the center bounce he copped a slight knock from behind and went down like a dead man, stayed there for 5 or so seconds and then got up and appeared seriously shaken.... Unlucky for him they zoomed in on him when he was on the ground and he looked fine, looking around like a hurt child waiting for attention.. If anyone finds the video of that or similar incidents, please do post them up.

Copped a hit in the eye/head/face at footy training tonight...I would've been better off if it was a decent hit because the resulting black eye is terrible...A proper black eye would have been preferred
