Hey Guys, I've decided that vehicle tracking is the shit and a must have to take care of my new boy racer investment... I was wodering how the Quiktrak netwrok operates? I've heard of one tracking company that relies on teh Optus GPRS network. To be honest, I wouldn't feel safe knowing that my car ws being tracked by a system as inconsistent as mobile-telco GPRS. Who here has lied about their driving history, made a claim and then had it rejected coz you didn't mention that you lost your liscence (once or twice) withjin the last 5 years? Can you get away with any bullshit on your application BTW I just had my quote from JustCar for $1700. I'm 24YO with a R33 GTS-T but it shit's me to tears that JustCar don't do pay by the month!!! My car is in the compliance shop atm and about to be registered and I don't want the rego and insurance to fall on the same day next year coz it'll be like a 3G hit!! OUCH!!! So YoungandCool quote me monthly payments of $175.50 (first month is $406.00) so in 6 months I can purchase a 12 month premuim so the annual fees are equally divided accross the year. It'll cost me a bit more in the first year but it's worth it for me. Friday!! WooHoo!!!!

Hi Guys, What mods would consitute a need to put a power fc in the car (or piggy back system) All I wanna do is put a GTR intercooler and replace the panel air filter with a high flow job and a turbo back exhaust on my S1R33. I agree mate. I spoke to at least a dozen agents before I decided to go with PowerPlay imports. They were straight up with me from the start and showed me in detail the driveaway cost of the vehicle. We worked out a budget and got me the best car I could afford.

The moment you take your foot off the brake (reversing) it usually becomes your fault. Even if the car is going the wrong way down a one way street. The person driving "forward" has a right of way and the person "reversiong" should only do so when the coast is completley clear. Thats the way the police and the insurance will look at it. It sucks I know coz it happened to me. I was reversing out of Rosehill BP car space in front of the shop entrance and I'd only reversed back about 15CM when this old Volvo cut accross my parking space and tore off my rear bumper...then he proceeded to keep on driving and chased him down the Maccas and KFC carpark where I pulled him up and threw him in the big sulo bin while I waitied for the COPS to arrive. I told the cop the story and he proceeded to advise me that he still had right of way cos I was in reverse and he wasn't. f**ken moots

Honestly..just get a broker like powerplay and be rest assured in the quality assurance program that they have to bring you in a decent car...or just NRMA inspect every car that gives you a hard on

Thats exactly right. Pretty much, it's the serial number for your handset. It never changes no matter what SIM card you put in. It's 15 digits long and it should be on the side of the box and on the receipt for the phone. If not, call Optus and they can give it to you..then PM me the IMEI and I'll see if I can help you out.
