Maxx thought i saw you with your missus/GF at the LFInders uni post grad info night at the hilton the other night (either that or your double/clone). Wasnt sure however so didnt want to say anything just in case.. I was also very pushed for time...... i was looking at doing MBA or PHD but dont think i can be bothered as i didnt really get along with my honours supervisor "karl someMUT" and he would be the guy i would have to work with if i was to do a pHD... Spotted "GTSR33" maroon car like mine..... thought it was vspec but wasnt: pulled in and asked him a few q's and looked for the Vspec rear diff wyhich wasnt there (misleading plates)...... Tidy looking car however, damn nice paint!!!!!!!

Is that the old school Silver one being restored at a workshop down the parade ( i didnt see the plates). That one is as shmick as you can get (few tiny flaws but it is prob close to 50 years old)...i dont think i have ever seen one similar in my life.... If you r driving down the parade you cant miss it!!!!!! its a real jaw dropper!!! Saw a silver 33 parked at glen osmond BP think it was one of the dudes who went to the hill climb event last year.

Drewr33... What have you got at the rear treads? i have about the same mods only engine mangement aswell... never actually taken to the strip.. Just timed mine with mates out in the country side (oh yeah and this was in NT so we were not breaking any road rules hehehehe).

Do you reckon a Gtst V spec (only 300 odd made) would be rare enough? for the ballerz run even though it would be up against cars that cost 100 times as much maybe?

If i get selected for the Ballerz Run (in US) i am going to bolt a dinner plate on, rebuild the motor (bottom end or put in rb30) and i will prob need a triple (help with those launches) and i wont have a repeat of the other day!

Blew my clutch today... lucky had four mates in car to push it home... Although hills were a pain!!!!!! Got some awesome footage... Hope it wasnt my Vspec diff or i could be saving for a long time to get it fixed.... Anyone know where to get one or how much they are? I prob needed a stronger clutch anyways (triple plate here i come!)

Kikushi count me in!!!!!!... Im mainly interested on getting out on the track (lala and AIR) aswell as maybe the colllingrove hillclimb events (although the collingrove track is extremeley narrow and if you run off you run into long grass with Boulders which i am not to keen about hitting.--> watched this event with some of the SAU boys last year) Have to be careful to make street cruises non club affiliated however due to the stitch up laws that are creating a lot of revenue ( and if you look at the figures alot of the problems are on the rise despite stricter penalties being enforced (ie drink driving for one). Let me know if you need a hand organising anything? PM me as my home computer has been jacked and i dont always cruise around on the forums for very long before it gets shut down and CBF searching all the time.

Plenty of slip light though did an awesome quarter that would have been well into the 12's at about 170 trap speed estimate... it felt goooooooooooooood! on a deserted road of course! im looking at getting out at mallala with a mate and his Ceffy pretty soon! although i am more interested in circuit and he is more interested in drift although i dont mind letting the odd thing slide

Its a dodgy industry mate.. You have to expect these sort of things when people are selling and flogging off dodgy cars.. and trying to make a buck.. Half the importers out there buy shite cars and fix them up themselves because it is cheaper.. THere are not a great lot of reputable importers around, do your homework some of the more expensive ones are generally a bit better: you sort of have to pay a couple of g's extra to get a half decent car that hasnt been flogged around. Tip: your next car check that all the bolts are standard around turbs. exhuast and all that : it will enable you to know whether it has been used as a race car in japan or something and then returned back to stokc to try and get more doice out of it: Ie the thrashed out hunks of junk with after market parts are what most the importers are after because they are cheaper than a stockie in good condition and will make there money from reselling those after makret parts: its just busuniess Be careful Peoples
