  3. Nice! i get more pumped to get one installed every time someone talks about them!!
  4. Awesome! I'm really keen to see some before and after figures on the NIStune. I wouldn't mind getting this installed as soon as i can. Also be interesting for traveling sakes how much different the car will be on fuel before and after. Do you have any other mods on the Stagea to go with this??
  5. hmmmmm that looks tuff. i gotta get hold of a bonnet like that. then mine will be your cars albino cousin.
  6. thanks for the replies guys. 90 percent of the stuff ill do myself, ive owned rbs' before and all the other fun stuff like coolers, fuel pumps, exhausts, stereos and so forth are all good. it as mainly the tuning side of things i was trying to sus out and 4wd dynos.
  7. Hey all Being a newbee in here im just after some some' "been there done that" info on getting stuff done to the Stagea. Like a Stagea guidebook to South Australia. Things like who's your mechanics that know the Stageas, even some newer suggestions that people have tried and so far so good, and the aftermarket stuff that they have done for you. Best places to get parts from(where the people aren't idiots), good nissan dealers, import wreckers/ shops. Places for gadgets( i see Jaycar pop up a bit). Panel beaters and body kit places. And any other general info about owning a stagea in the lovely state of South Australia.
  8. im living in country Japan at the moment so its even harder trying to deal with them.
  9. This will make dealing with Japanese nissan dealers easier. "hears the part number now be quiet and get it"!
  10. Dont know if its any help but the guy i brought mine off of jsut put 6 inch speakers in the front!
  11. id love to but im not in australia at the moment haha. i might start a new thread for the adelaide members so i can learn more about who people use and where things get done the best in adelaide for the stagea.
  12. hey all, just got my Stagea. How many adelaide owners are there on this site??
  13. sorry to jack the post, this is all sounding pretty interesting. does anyone know who does good hi flowing in South Australia??
  14. Awesome, that decision was easy then. only need the one cam gear then. thanks guys
  15. haha i feel your pain nobu. i was looking at getting a r32gtr while we are here or a stagea and it just ended up being to hard, with sharkin and parking. was easyier to buy one back in Australia.
  16. That is going to look insane. can't wait for the new round of pics. love the gtr wheels with it too. good luck with the rest of the job.
  17. 2nd ones! Glad you added the red lip painted black bit tho
  18. Thanks for all the input guys. I'm thinking that the NIStune is the way to go probably. the ViPEC is quiet limited to the workshops that deal with them in Adelaide. I haven't read any bad reviews about the NIStune and seen some good power figures. Looks stock if i have to go over the pits aswell. Now all i need to do is find a cam gear and timing belt ready for the 100,000 service. With those and the NIStune i will be interested to see what power it can pull with just an FMIC, 3 inch JASMA exhaust and Dump pipe, 12psi boost then the NIStune and cam gear.
  19. hey everyone next question. adjustable cam gears for the intake side on an rb25neo. i found one Greddy one on the net for sale that said it was for vct, thats the only one i found(thinking its bogus). so my question, is adjustable cam gears on the intake side even possible on this motor and if it is, is it even worth it? thanks
  20. sorry guys yeah this is an auto. thanks for the advice guys. keep it coming
  21. hi everyone, sorry if this has been talked about before. i was just after some guidance on upgrading the ECU. Should i go stand alone, piggyback, chipped, remapped?? then next question what brand? im looking at upgrades to the turbo and other fun stuff in the future. at the moment it just has exhaust, dump pipe, cooler and boost controller. any help would be great thanks.
  22. hey mate is this car still for sale??
