  1. If you have a multi meter, check across the battery terminals at idle and with revs, should be 13-14volts for both. Also check the field (f tab-wire on alt) should be @ 12 constant. If you get those readings at the battery and field you're alt is a ok. Just clear up some mis-imformation The alt charges the battery, the car-engine-acc ect draw power from the battery...very simple
  2. You can buy them almost anywhere or get them cut into your existing tyres. These were popular with the gt's of the 60's and 70's http://www.redwalltyres.com.au/
  3. Sold, thank you and good night.

  6. Ouch, I've had a few cover ups done for similar mistakes. As for the laser I had laser treatment on veins in both my legs. The veins were from groin to knee.. the only way to describe it is a small sun about the size of a grape gets placed in the groin area, then they turn the heat up to a tennis ball sized sun and drag it slowly from groin to knee. Not to mention the 30+ injections that followed. Good thing i'm a sadomasochist.
  7. Perhap asking this question in the cruise thread might be a better idea. Or are bonus points awarded with each new thread created?
  8. ^^^That's a pet hate of mine also. When they say "hey mate" you can always reply "sure i'm ready when you are" or a suprised "what right here, now?"

That boy needs a less destructive hobby. He'd probably make a good banjo picker.

  18. He's trying to use the force, throw a straight right at his nose and see if he blocks it.
  19. Yep coils packs, you can use the short cuts (gapping plugs) but it's not the best way to go about things. When you get to much higher boost levels you may have to gap down, but with your current set up you'd be better off with good coils and a gap of 1.1..It'll rev better especially around the top end.
  20. Oakwood liquid saddle soap for cleaning and oakwood leather conditioner for softening and polishing. Does a far better job than car care brands and a life time supply will cost you around $40-45 total. My father put me onto a few decades back. Oh yeah you'll have to go to a horse supplies outlet to find it. Awesome gear.
