ok guys, i recently bought a new high flow cat from the GB in teh for sale section as i knew what i have on the car is been 'broome-sticked'... im under the car atm and on the new cat there is a sockt for some sort of exhaust temp? sensor. the old one doesnt have any socket and i dont have the sensor under the car, see the pic as i think thats where the sensor has been cut from.. 1) what is the sensor and can i get a new one? 2) sould i drive the car without the sensor and with an empty socket or should i put the old cat back on untill i get a new sensor? car is a 32 gtst btw

quickly too.. i have a mates brother who works with carbo fibre, and rekons if i got him a template he could make up carbon fibre pipes... never seen or heard of this... thoughts?

true.. just toying with ideas at the moment.. wondering if all the pre-made piping kits u can buy are all silimar to the hybrid/justjap etc?

guys im thinking intercoolers here, and im going do buy a hybrid (or similar) core, and want to get custom piping made up which is a copy of the more expensive brands (trust, blitz etc) so remove the need to any major cuts to my front bar... just wondering what ppl think of this idea and any places to recommend getting the piping done? james

ive always wondered why didnt cheaper kits (eg hybrid etc) just model their piping on the more expensive kits, thus save all this fuss? surely its be easier for u to just buy the core and get some custom piping (wouldnt be more than $250) made copying the pipingg route of the better brands?

ok.. ive got 2 pairs of sunnies i want to sell.. both come with the case and original cloth, are in perfect condition without any scratches etc. Only been worn a handful of times 1st pair: Versace looking for around $250 rrp: 370 2nd pair: Dior SOLD looking for 220 rrp: 330 also selling a motorola v3 razer in black. in very good condition, comes with the box, cd, cables, bluetooth headset etc $250 any more info just PM me

the one (and only) time my g/f took my car for a drive she had a similar incident, only i wasn't so lucky, she damaged the front bar... they are deceptively low at the front...

i did mine last week.. did one at a time, cleaned them thoroughly and gave them a light sanding.. all ive used is an $8 can of high gloss enamel and theyve come up a treat..do it yourself.. for under $10 its the best money ive spent on the car!!

i wired mine up to the light which lights up the ignition barrel.. piece of cake

also, i no this may sound stupid, but how is your cat? i had the same problem, with piles of black crud and it turned out my cat had been punched out...
